DIY TOols Reviews 

I ordered from DIYtools foolishly without reading any reviews. After a week had passed without the item being posted I read a few reviews, all stating the same 1 star rating and negative opinions. I then attempted to contact DIYtools via their online form and via email. No reply was received. I then went away and purchased the same product from another website, receiving instant confirmation of delivery and the next day confirmation of dispatch. DIYtools took my money and didn't dispatch my item for at least 2 weeks. It seems their stock levels are always low and they must therefore have to order in your order before they dispatch it. The lack of communication was unacceptable and I will not be returning to DIYtools.com

I had to contact the office and someone answered to my query straight away, was polite and everything was sorted without any delay or being left on hold.

I found that the 16 inch all night burner from DIY tools was the cheapest online.
I was pleasantly surprised to find it delivered without fuss and on time.

part came mint as, tnx!, unfortunately as previously advised by an expert, as soon as i fitted, it blew, as another component in the washer was faulty, DIytools, an you do anything with thise part, or is it useless and should i dispose?

Ordered a tool for our vacuum cleaner on line but only noticed after I had completed the transaction that the supplier was within 20 minutes drive, so could have saned myself the postage. Otherwise it was exactly what I wanted still cheap, and it arrived quickly. No complaints learned a lesson.

really poor product. Looked great online but damaged and poor quality. Would have returned the product but haven;t got the time this time of year.

waited 3 months for delivery of product , which was out of stock, and showed in stock, customer services were awful, as they did not have a clue as to when I would receive the product, they eventually said it would be sent by next day of post and since my recent phone call 8 days ago , I still have not received it. awful awful

I hope they use this to improve as a business.
