Good Quality, Fast Delivery
Needed a router bit in a hurry, and it was supplied fast and was good quality.
i was happy with my first order .
Well i was happy with my first order ,but only part of it has turn up i am still waiting ! Which is a off putting ,i did send an e-mail and in return they said the rest of the order would follow that was four days ago ! So so is good and could do better .
still waiting......
Ordered goods on 17/11/2012 - it's now 10/12/2012 and my order has not yet turned up. I've emailed querying this and am still waiting for a response on this too.
As smart and speedy as the vacuum I purchased.
The Vax commercial vacuum is a joy. Having suffered for many years with a bad back I found vacuuming a real chore as even the lightest of hoovers seemed heavy. I can hardly feel the Vax as it glides over the carpet leaving them all plumped up, something I had not achieved with my previous, well known brand, vacuum.
The only down side is the stairs as there are no attatchments but in my view the light weight and efficiency of the product far outways any negatives.
I cannot find anything negative with regard to this company. The product I ordered arrived within a few days and it was £3 cheaper than many other well known companies selling online. I would recommend to anyone.
First Class!
Just bought the large sized ash carrier from DIY Tools. The service was fast, and the goods better than I expected. I've been so fed up of getting covered in hot ashes (not to mention the rug being burnt to a crisp) every time I cleaned out the wood stove - and there's always a gust of wind when you open the door! The ash carrier sits neatly in the corner of the porch next to the woodpile, looking shiny and quite stylish, and it''s so easy to use. Will definitely buy from this company again
If you want the wrong tool sent then this is the company to use.
My order arrived in good time but it was not the item I had requested. There was no paperwork accompanying it but when I checked the email confirming the order it was clear they had made a mistake. I emailed them a number of times without reply. When I got through to them on the phone they said they were too busy to answer emails! I am still waiting for the correct item to be delivered.
Very good service
I am more than satisfied withthe service from DIY Tools, however can you explain why when I went onto their site direct I could not find the item that I wanted(small dog grate flat product No BG104) but when I went onto their site via Shopzilla I found it almost instantly?
Prompt communication regarding despatch, with a tracking number would be much appreciated
Your service will be much improved by ensuring that your despatches are detailed and promptly sent to your on line purchasers, together with a tracking number.
Quicker than you can blink
I was so impressed with speedy delivery. But at the time of ordering, I didn't have a confirmation so was a bit nous about payment. I called them up, and they checked immediately. Reassuring, if a bit clumsy. But the goods arrived super quick, in good nick, totally as promised.
What service
Well couldn't find what I wanted anywhere, until i found the DIY TOols site and I did and easily too. I was a little upset about the price of the p&p. as I thought £5.95 for one greenhouse cover a little excessive, but I spoke too soon as blow me down the day after I had ordered it there it was on my doorstep. So they get my thumbs up
no fooling, brilliant tooling
Guess what Andy wanted for Xmas! An axe for splitting logs for their wood burner (not). We went online to find one for him and in so doing found that there are axes and then there are mauls. It's the maul that's needed for that chore. Found this website, DIY TOols, peice of cake to use, prices first class, ordered the maul and it arrived 4 days later. It was well wrapped, heavy, but appeared to be broken. Turned out the head had to be fitted here. What a great peice of kit. Andy hasn't seen it yet but I've tried it. Brilliant!!
Excellent product selection but goods were slightly delayed and 6£ was a bit much for delivery of a small carving knife.
Good quality. Prompt service
Good quality at reasonable price. Looks great. Despatched promptly. Tracked delivery online -first attempt apparently failed although someone in and no card left - though this is more of a reflection on the courier than the merchant. 2nd attempt was successful.
Well informed
Ordered artex corners. There was a delay but I was kept fully informed. Well done! I will use you again.
Poor customer service items out of stock
Two items were ordered both turned out to be out of stock but i was not told this at the time of ordering.
Poor service when chasing up delivery info/status.
I was sent an email saying that items would be sent next day service as they had been out of stock they were then sent noemal delivery.
and finally i was told one of the items was discontiued
