Cons
Package fell apart when delivered. Large sqaure bag used for heavy long tool (400mm long 19mm spanner).

The delivery isnt the speediest but it came within the estimate given on the website - about 5-7 day. Worth saving a few quid if you can wait a couple more days!

I have used this company before,so naturally was happy to use again when i needed a new electric fire.The website is easy to use, and checkout seamfree. I like it that you can use the paypal system if you want.You have to pay for delivery, but my fire was delivered the next day, and robustly packaged.

finally managed to source a grate for my fireplace with DIY TOOLS:
THERE WAS SOME DELAY IN GETTING IT BUT WAS KEPT INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS & BECAUSE OF THE LENGTHY WAIT THEY WAIVED THE P&P charge which was very decent. Iwill have no hesitation in using them again.

It took over two weeks and several phone calls from myself to find out what was happening with my order. Was eventually told two different days for delivery and still my order didnt arrive.

I searched for hours to find an internal letterbox tidy in chrome in the exact size i needed to fit any existing space. At last I found it here....

Ordered an angle finding rule, received a depth gauge. Telephoned to explain and was told will send out item immediately with a return label (good I thought) nLOOL.
The next morning I took deloivery of a wonderful pedal bin!!! Another phone call and arranged collection of both the bin and gauge. The day after, I finally got what I wanted!! This apart, both people I spoke to were most polite and kind. Maybe their warehouse has started Xmas early, he! he!

I saw the product on their website, needed confirmation it would actually work with my hoover. They were very helpful and directed me to someone who might know the answer. I was convinced enough to go ahead and make the order. Delivery was quick and the product worked perfectly. I would use them again.

Found a product I was looking for and proving hard to find on some more common sites I had used.

Goods were well priced, paypal was not taken until dispatch after the promised 5 days, and dispatched by FedEx, who delivered in a day, unlike the rubbish delivery company used by Amazon...

All in all quite happy and I would use again.

I had looked every where for a replacement for my ancient BAXI ashbox and found the answer here. My BAXI grate is 50 years old but the new ashbox was just what was required and fitted the grate opening perfectly,

Impressed with the prices-very competative but lack of communication meant I was not informed about delay in sending out goods. They came eventually a week late. Girl was very nice and apologetic but my customer was not as nice!
Would consider using again.

This item (A venting unit) was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It was also reasonably priced.
However the item itself was not terribly effective, but at the price paid it will suffice.

I bought a hose pipe and it is exactly as expected round and long

ordered a router bit 10 days ago but still has not turned up, sent an email asking for someone to contact me but no reply. finally got hold of someone and was told another will be sent tommorow lets hope its not another ten days
