Great company. I ordered an amp bag off their latest list which was a new stock list but they hadn't yet got the stock in. When it came in on the date stated it was sent immediately. It was well packed and as described although with 2 items rather than one. This was sorted out really promptly by e mail to my advantage, so what can I say, Great product, great service.

Fantastic. We turned up on spec with a bit of old and rubbishy kit, and they spent well over an hour with us getting it working and supplying us with a speaker and some other bits and bobs. Went well beyond. First class. They were good fun too.

I’m rewriting my review so it’s a little higher than 1 star. As I’ve received an explanation and think credit where credit is due.

So I ordered 6 base plates, when ordering anything in the past it’s been dispatched same or next day. 5 days and nothing, I was getting nervous as needed them for the weekend. So I reached out to customer support and got a blunt email saying they only had one and what do I want to do. So had to wait for a refund as one was no good. My issue is that first available stock should be updated on the website, and secondly when they realised that stock wasn’t available they should have contacted me straight away. This caused a lot of issues and had to get some plates custom made locally for use at a gig at the weekend.

I’ve purchased a lot over the years from DJ Kit and the customer service has always been of the highest standard. I know they had to deal with massive changes so that could explain things somewhat. Anyway rambling over, note to self if I need something on a tight deadline, contact before I buy as the website might not be upto date.

Very helpful to begin with but when a refund was requested kept getting fobbed off. Finally had to raise a claim with PayPal who refunded my money

I ordered my new kit last week and it arrived the day after now that’s what I call good service the lights were easy to use and programming was also easy

Certainly giving the other big contender a run for their money. A massive saving for me on a product and from now on I'll always check with these guys before pulling the trigger. MASSIVE FIVE STARS from me*****

Just popped into DJKit Newbury, fantastic store, a real Aladdin’s cave, Byron served me and I was amazed at his honesty with the equipment I brought & am looking to buy, no hard sell at all which is such a breath of fresh air. Very good choice and price ranges from budget upto pro top of the range.
Chatting to Byron was like talking to a mate I’d known for years.
He had my best interests in my mind.
