Products excellent. Also Customer Service - 2 phone calls to check if I was having problems completing order and then to advise slight delay in sending order. In fact arrived more quickly than estimated.

After several purchases from DJM, this order ( a keyboard stand) had a fault. Rang customer services and when they realised that they didn't have a replacement part sent out a new stand.

With most companies not paying any attention to after sales/customer services that would be a good result - but the icing on the cake is the time scale. From original order to replacement was quicker than a lot of companies would have sent out the original order.

Quick delivery and fast, friendly service. My cajon bag ripped after only a few uses and they sent me a replacement with no fuss. Highly recommended.

During lockdown I decided to try and learn the harmonica. I purchased a few harmonicas in different keys and music book from DJM Music Ltd. I promptly received emails updating on the process and expected delivery which arrived on time. Very happy with the quality and service from this company and will certainly use again. They have a great variety of instruments and music books for al levels.

Great customer service, I had a problem with my music stand and they solve it very quickly, even in quarantine.

Would never buy from this company again; delivery date came and went so I contacted them and they gave me a new delivery date , again never turned up, had to contact them again, they said my item was out of stock and would be posted out in three months time.. I’m still now waiting for a refund. Rubbish communication. Poor service. Very unhappy with their service.

I needed a new keyboard stand and found this one online. Price seemed fair, and the item seemed to be what I needed. It was delivered within 48 hours.
The stand is fabulous. Adjustable height and width, good solid build quality, and will fold away when not needed.

As always DJM Music Ltd provide an unbeatable service, ordered after 3.00 pm one day delivered just after 2 pm next day to Scotland. The Tiger Wooden Conductors Music Stand is excellent value. I could not find anything better at double the price in city music retailers, nor on line. The unit is large and pretty heavy, and perhaps not the most portable available. However, if you consider the build quality (like a tank) and its large capacity (able to hold large score folders with no fear of collapse) it is a winner.

I have a number of Tiger brand instrument stands and have been very pleased with the performance and durability of each one (never had one fail to date). I have paid more than the cost asked by DJM for this Tiger stand only to find I have had to replace other brands much sooner than expected. If looking for a quality music stand at a very competitive price, then I suggest you check this out.
