All my orders where like new condition and did not have any problems

Absolutely poor, I ordered a Nintendo 64 console, it came cracked and wouldn’t even load with the power supply they gave me I had to buy another

I bought a three button SEGA Genesis controller and arrived in five days. The controller was in near perfect condition other than a small scuff on the front. While it may cost a bit more than sites like Ebay, you get a one-year warranty and it's guaranteed to be in good condition. Overall, I would buy again.

I would rate 0 stars if I could! When my console came it was covered in dirt and grime and the reset button didn’t work! Don’t even get me started on the crappy 3rd party controller they gave me, never again.

I was emailing with their buyer teran Hartwell had a huge stack of ps2 PS3 and Wii games their buyer teran wanted a list of the games it was to much to copy and paste and I didn't feel like writing it out their buyer said just pack them up and ship them to us after we receive them they would give me a offer then I said no thanks he tried to delete the email but not before I got a screenshot of it. Do not trust these people

I’ve bought a few things from Dk oldies and was pleased. Yes the prices were a little high but everything I got was in great condition.

They have so many fake reviews on their site, where are the Trustpilot reviews? Also, they don't refurbish the overpriced consoles as promised. Scam, please avoid.

Just recently bought a "good condition refurbished" ps2 from them and its safe to say its terrible dust in the cd drive dusty fan I called them and got a refund thankfully

I have bought several Genesis cartridges and all have worked with no issues. I have never had any issues with anything I’ve purchased from this company. Shipping is quick and customer service is great. Would recommend. I love that this service exists for us retro gamers.

My first experience selling to them I thought was great! I had over 100 items (games, consoles, controllers, accessories, cables, etc.). I submitted a list with a detailed description of each item including any condition issues. I thought their offer price was fair. Not GREAT but fair enough to allow me to sell everything to one buyer instead of individually. They made a slight price reduction after receiving my items but nothing that was blatantly ridiculous. They were patient with me in getting all those items packed up and had good prompt customer service. They’re a little stingy on sending out their prepaid shipping labels but with those many items I had no choice but to use 5 large boxes. They accept boxes up to 50 pounds a piece but it’s not very sensible to pile 50 pounds of items on top of sensitive delicate electronics. I was overall pleased with the transaction. About a week later I sent them a detailed list for about 12 vintage video games and they’re offer was much less appealing. I figured up that an offer of $35 would have been a rock bottom low price. Lower or even half the offer price from used sights. They only offered me $22? I was quite disappointed and decided not to proceed with the transaction. One of my games was even on their list of current games they were looking to buy in particular. I guess with everything in life it’s hit or miss.

I bought a refurbished N64 console about a year ago from DKOldies. It was off-color, and had a crack on the controller port, plus there was a rattling sound coming from the inside. They also had the original jumper removed and replaced with a 3rd party jumper. It worked, but it was ugly. Their website uses stock photos, so you never know what you're actually getting. Anyways, over the past month I've seen YouTubers opening consoles they bought from DKOldies, exposing dirty interiors, so I decided to open mine and to no surprise I found it caked with dust and some grime. I keep a clean, smoke-free house, so I know this isn't from my limited time playing it. Also, the piece rattling around was a popcorn kernel. Clearly, they didn't refurbish it like they claim to have. I'm taking the time to write this because it seems there is ample evidence that DKOldies has a habit of offering a service they don't follow through with and I don't want other people to be had. Its even more frustrating that they can't own up to their mistakes and make the attempt to regain the trust of their customers. Instead, they only claim that a handful of consoles have slipped through the cracks in the QA department, but the evidence supports otherwise. I can forgive people who are apologetic, but they're not, so I will certainly not be buying anything more from them and I highly suggest other people stay away as well.

I placed an order for a Nintendo 3DS and I forgot to apply a promotional code to the order. I reached out to the staff and told them of my own mistake and they not only applied the discount but gave me store credit for the discount as well. They were super helpful and their support team is amazing. It arrived less than a week later and even though the site said used with cosmetic flaws, it was in pristine condition with a few minor scratches. I will definitely be doing more business here!

Excellent product support! I've purchased several old game cartridges from them and all except one was in excellent condition. When I vocalized my concerns with the one cartridge I was not happy with they moved quickly to find a resolution. I highly recommend this store!

Would recommend being very cautious if wanting to purchase from this site. Seems its used its virality during Covid to hike prices up to ridiculous 2nd hand prices which are more alike factory new RRP.

Games seem to be more relaible but even with many of them being 50% off they are more expensive than most market values.

Consoles are the worst and often wont be taken care of unless they were bought with a genuine faut and repaired but still definitely not worth the prices listed - even during the current sale which has come at a convienient time (lots of people realising their lack of good service presale)

No doubt they'll start doing a better job now to try and save the companies rep, but i've understood they've used unethical practices and lied which is morally wrong for me so I will be sure to NOT SUPPORT THEM IN FUTURE.

Unsure how they have been allowed to get away with it so much... basically a scam when you advertise one thing and not only end up getting something different but also, sub-par!

Specializing in refurbished products, there is bound to be an issue or two...which DKoldies owns. I've only had positive experiences purchasing from DKoldies. When an issue did occur, my problem was solved with impeccable customer service!
