I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by DM Direct to You. They installed a resin back garden along with my steps, and the finish is absolutely spot on.
From the very first conversation, their communication was bang on – clear, responsive, and professional throughout.
Dino, the owner, was excellent from start to finish. Really polite, very professional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job properly. There were a few hurdles along the way, especially with the drainage, but Dino handled everything without any issues at all. He just got it sorted and absolutely smashed it.
The team turned up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept everything incredibly tidy. Nothing felt rushed, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished result.
What really stood out for me was how respectful and professional the whole team were. They left the place looking immaculate – you wouldn’t even know they’d been there, apart from the fact I now have a fantastic resin back garden and beautifully finished steps.
On top of that, I felt like I got a really good deal for the quality of work delivered, which made the whole experience even better.
