Staff very helpful. Lots of room and space to move around the store.

I enjoy shopping for various things in the garden centre also the wide range of other goods.The variety is very well displayed and the staff are very friendly and helpful if I have a question.

We (Funeral Party of 16) attended at Dobbies Restaurant as our original booking at another location had double booked our party. I spoke with Susan at the Restaurant and she was so helpful and accommodating. Susan managed to get 16 seats sorted out in an area for us in no time. I just wanted to highlight this to Dobbies. As far as I am concerned, Susan went far beyond our expectations. We were extremely impressed with her attitude and willingness to accommodate our party. A massive THANK YOU to Susan from all of us, very much appreciated.

Those serving up the food, and making up the sandwiches slapping the butter and ham on the bread had no latex gloves on, the cakes had no covers on ,and you have the public standing there coughing and spluttering all over them. Unhygienic. Plus what they charge for a piece of cake and ham sandwiches is a rip off the French fries were stone cold by the time I reached a table.
I will not be eating there again.

This company has a brilliant loyalty scheme which is very good value for money. It has a super cafe with very good food, hot drinks, cakes and scones. The garden centre and the shop is also very good and you get lots of special offers and you always get 10% off your plants and 2 free regular hot drinks per month plus an extra 2 free hot drinks and 2 cakes on your birthday.

The restaurant has amazing food. They have a great deal on books, wide variety of cards and gardening things. The Dobbies Card Plus is a great deal!

It’s a lovely place to visit, but my goodness the restaurant is so overpriced it’s beyond ridiculous, Was in on (Thursday) with my mum and Aunt £8.25 for a baguette that wasn’t even freshly prepared there and then they was already made up, my baked potato was absolutely freezing cold. Spent £43 pounds on 3 people, 2 sandwiches, soup a baked potato, 3 drinks and 3 small biscuits. I could have gotten a pub lunch for this price and it would have been better quality. On the plus side the staff were friendly, but the food was not up to scratch.

Clean. thoughtful floor layout and interesting. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional coffee. In all a delightful way to spend a couple of hours

Great to see everything under one roof whether it be for the home outdoors or gardening...its all there. And of course the restaurant offers a wonderful range of delicious eye watering food...

When I arrived at till with a very fragile and breakable item I had to ask for something to wrap it in. It was given very begrudgingly.
I was at the point of putting the item back when I spotted some tissue wrapping paper near the till and suggested that could be used to wrap my purchase.

The staff are always very helpful and treat everyone with respect.
They are great at letting me know of any events so I can book a place at anytime that suits me.
I had to get a refund from Dobbies and they were very efficient at returning my money.
I also think that there dobbies plus card is great value for money and with the lovely displays of flowers it is the garden centre to go to.Margaret

Had booked Christmas Afternoon Tea as a treat for myself & my sister and was worth every penny food was tasty & very fresh
We then took a wander around the whole store, it was clean with lots of stock, all the staff were friendly & helpful was a pleasure to shop in

Visited there today, the place was a shambles, waited over 15mins in the queue to be served a look warm breakfast, my friends breakfast wasn't even look warm it was cold, went to get tea, no tea bags in the jar also no milk in the large jugs then i noticed someone was hoovering the place while people were eating?? The woman behind us gave up waiting for food and we saw them later with just a coffee no food, the place look so drap and dismall we actially wondered if it was going to close down, not the Dobbies i used to love to go in years past also the butcher they have in there is not good at all, last time i visited i bought 2 beef olives and 2 chicken olives, £20 in total really £5 per olive and to be completely honest i did not enjoy them at all in fact they were awful. Dobbies has gone downhill big time and that is such a shame, won't be back anytime soon also to add insult to injury the breakfast was just under £20 which i thought was shocking for what we received.

I visited the restaurant and to my surprise I saw Lauren who on my last visit informed me she was looking forward to her weekend off.
She told me she had to work as a colleague was off sick.
It was so encouraging to see her smile and my coffee was exactly as I like it.
I am disabled and she delivered the latte to my table still smiling.
She is an exemplary team player!!!!

Excellent number of choices although a little pricey, simple to buy as had everything I wanted.
