When we asked for a tray in the restaurant, the employee was very off-hand and did not help. The ladies toilets were very poor with half of the sinks taped off and only 1 dryer working. The Christmas scones were lovely.

There was a lot to look at and the items I wanted were readily available. There was no problem with children just looking at the fish, no pressure to buy and a huge variety of creatures to see. The only downside was the placement of sweets and chocolate which were beside the food hall where they caused problems for a number of parents mak8 g everyones shopping experience more stressful

I had a lovely pot of tea and a piece of carrot cake.

Store was well laid out which made walking round and finding products easy. An excellent coffee and scone was also enjoyed in the restaurant which was tidy and clean.

I wanted to buy a slow cooker that was on display. The lady in customer services was very helpful and she found the box and instructions and reserved the slow cooker for me. Thank you for your excellent service - I am looking forward to using my new purchase.

Great selection of items in Dobbies. Discount offer made a Xmas shopping visit very worthwhile.

Went with grandson to buy an indoor plant for friend. Excellent choice and bought 2. Wonderful tea break and decided to join Dobbies rewards.

I gave 4 stars because the assistant did not ask for my Dobbies card and on returning home I realised I had missed out on the 20% off my cushion that I had purchased.

Staff not friendly, used to be full breakfast they let me choose ten items whatever I want but now you cannot do it.

I had lunch with a friend and also browsed the centre. Lunch was amazing and service was excellent. There is a lady called Jay who has been so nice to me in the past. I lost my husband and hadn’t visited for a while. She was very empathetic and helped me to renew my membership card. She is one of the main reasons I will visit regularly. Thank you.

I visit Dobbies most weeks either to shop or coffee with friends. It’s a great meeting place. Granddaughter ate a huge vegetarian breakfast yesterday. Plenty of parking too. Love all the displays especially the Christmas ones. Garden section is great. Really like the quality of plants. Best of all is using my card at the till and getting a discount. Well done Dobbies

I enjoyed my shopping as I managed to get two plants to put in an area that was bare. I had coffee and a scone which were lovely. I liked checking the Hotters shoes as they are most comfortable and loved browsing the rest of the shop.

I visited Dobbies Aberdeen with my young son and baby girl. I had walked all the way from my house which is a long way and when I got to Dobbies decided we all needed a snack. The lovely restaurant manager Jack was so polite and helpful and granted me my free coffee even though i had forgotten my Dobbies card & then brought my tray to a table. Absolutely lovely staff in the cafe made my day :)

Good merchandising. 20% off unfortunately didn't get flyer for the offer until the following day so didn't realise it was the last day when visiting

Great collection of xmas gifts ..the misses lived them.. also friendly staff...great facilities
