Nice store for a visit but:
Cafe has gap between counter to receive food and counter to pay - so you have to stand holding heavy tray;
Few staff know anything about growing plants;
Bird food is pricey

I had been given a voucher and thought of buying a couple of plants . However there was a sale and was able to buy 14 ! plants what a fantastic sale thanks

We went to the restaurant first and had a lovely lunch then had great fun shopping staff all pleasant and very helpful

Lunch with our little granddaughter is always a lovely experience but was made even better by happy, helpful staff and a great little play area for the wee one. And she ate for free! Well done, Dobbies, Aberdeen

We had a coffee and cake in the conservatory area. The food and drink were great but sadly we had to move because it was hard to relax due to the yapping of a noisy dog in the dog area. I like that folk can take their dogs in, but they could perhaps be asked to go outside if the dog won't behave. We then enjoyed a browse around the garden area, which is nicely stocked; the cyclamen are now looking good in the garden.

Looking around the outside at the plants most of them looked like they needed a good water.also the prices seemed very high .

Always gave a good experience when shopping in Dobbies. Got everything I was looking for.

Went for an afternoon tea for two. The member of staff was friendly and attentive. She made the whole experience special, by making us feel welcome and valued. The food was brilliant. We will definitely do this again!

Always enjoy a trip to Dobbies! A fine scone and
cuppa. Some more bits and pieces for my fish tank
and the purchase of some potatoes for Christmas!

Really good experience, lady on the checkout was so lovely and helpful, very knowledgeable.

I went with a friend for her birthday treat and we both enjoyed our lovely scone and tea. We also spent a while walking round garden and shop where my friend got a birthday gift for sister of pots, compost and bulbs. I got orchid food for my flowering orchids.

Got everything I needed plus more. Helpful staff
