One member of staff was complaining…
One member of staff was complaining about 6 staff having a break in the restaurant at One time. This was heard from the checkout to the hotter unit. Keep staff problems within staff areas, not public areas!!!!

Take my mum every week she has memory loss and the routine helps her x good breakfast and staff seem to recognise us as regulars now x friendly and helpful x wander around the outdoors always something to catch the eye x bought kids toys lately x good family fun and something fine for tea from the butchers which is amazing

We had afternoon tea for 2. it was lovely and just right amount of food. We also had tea / coffee refills, although we had to ask but not a problem. Would definitely have again 😀

Great experience in cafe
Bought some compost which was convenient.
Plants quite a bit more expensive than local sellers, so left those behind.
Enjoy looking at the selection of greenhouses available, but this is a long term plan.

Unfortunately our last visit was a disappointment. We were after a water butt which we had enquired about before but you hadn't got any at all. This time the water butt was there but with no kit to fix it up. One is no good without the other so we ended up getting one from somewhere else.

Good place to go for afternoon coffee and browse.
I visited the restaurant for my regular coffee and cake. The staff were prompt and polite as usual and the restaurant clean and pleasant. I easily found the product I was looking for in the garden section and was directed by a friendly member of staff to the recycling bin for my plant pots.
