Wide variety of plants available.
We found a good selection of trees and shrubs on our visit. The store was clean and easy to navigate.

Used the cafe on my last visit
Used the cafe on my last visit. All staff pleasant and efficient. Cakes and drinks at usual tasty quality. So good to be able to take dog into designated cafe area.

50%off marked price, misleading advertising
Had 3 signs up saying 50% off marked price on clearence plants. Got to checkout to find this wasn't so. Marked price is what I was charged. Asked to speak to manager and explained what I said above, as a good will gesture got 1 of the 4 plants I bought at 50% off marked price. E-mailed customer complaints, they passed my e-mail onto shop management saying they would respond, which they haven't. Not impressed with Dobbies any more for false advertising.
After a phone call from Operations Manager Yvonne, my complaint has been dealt with and I am happy with the result.

Fantastic time with everything reduced by 20% very helpful staff talking me through what I needed to do and what was the best buy for me.

Good range of stock
Good range of stock, however was disappointed at the amount of plants all shrivelled and dried out, still on display not marked down in price, quite off putting. Was charged for an extra tea in Restaurant, didn’t notice till got home. Very busy and overshot in centre, didn’t particularly enjoy my visit.
