Greeted by friendly & helpful staff on arrival. Centre was clean & tidy. Everything was easy to find and had items I wanted. Checkout tills were quick & efficient.

I enjoy dobbies but my bank balance does not.

I was looking for a houseplant as a gift amongst other things. Got everything I needed but noticed that some of the plants were looking a bit neglected.

Popped in to grab one of my two free coffees as a Dobbies Plus card member. Asked a lovely member of staff about a house plant that was doing a 'leaning tower of Pisa' impersonation. Now rectified and the lovely lady also welcomed my wee dog and gave him a treat. Staff are always super helpful and friendly and happy to help in any way.

The restaurant needs to have more staff .
I waited for 20 minutes and the member of staff was still serving the first customer and there was 5 others before me.
It was a joke so I left and didn’t purchase anything

The young lady who served was very pleasant and more than helpful, both when helping us with our product and at the checkout till.

Love visiting Dobbies Andover. We normally stop of coffee and cake.

Lots of great offers for Dobbies card holders and two free drinks each month.

Disappointed that it only has cafe and not a restaurant and can not longer get the full lunch menu.

I love the restaurant at Dobbies but during our recent visit there were not enough staff so it was a longer wait than usual. The fact that there were no sausages is beyond your control but my husband was charged extra for his replacement items which seems a little unfair.

I purchased several plants and was very satisfied with the plant layout and service.

Friendly staff.

The store was clean and tidy and the staff I interacted with were polite.
I do not like the receipts that do not show the reduced prices on them.
It is very difficult to track and work out if the correct price has been charged and on a number of occasions the reduced price does not go through.

One box of bedding plants did not go through at half price as advertised but I did not realise until I got home and could not be bothered to go back once I arrived home

I visited Dobbies in Andover for two reasons: to buy some plants and have coffee with friends. I found some healthy plants in the sale (Dobbies sales are always good) and chatted with a member of staff who was very knowledgeable - as are all the staff I meet there. The cafe staff were also very pleasant and courteous (I am a Club Plus member so get one cup of coffee free a month), as was the member of staff at the check out. All in all, a very enjoyable visit.

Great value for plants if you have the Dobbies card and get the 10% off. Plants healthy. Coffee shop good. Very pleasant staff.

We went to Dobbies primarily to visit the aquatics centre on site but afterwards, we wandered around the garden centre then onto the cafe. It was a lovely experience. The garden centre was full of plants and garden furniture, ornaments and tools. Laid out very well and plenty of stock. The cafe was very nice-lots of food choices available and the staff were extremely friendly and very efficient.

Staff very friendly and helpful although I couldn't find the rambling Rose I was looking for.

all very kind and helpful.Even had help to carry my goods to the car. I do wish a new system could be organised so to buy plants and take to the car and then have a meal or just a coffee you dont have to walk twice round the store. As an old lady I find this too much.
