Sometimes staff shortage in cafe, drinks not hot enough. No complaints about the rest of the store.

Great for indoor plants. The outdoor plants and site is a little patchy

i visited in the morning, had a very good Latte coffee bought a few things including a greetings card and some christmas confectionary and had a good look round. The girl at the till is always lovely and seems to be there every time I visit.

You can never complain about the staff knowing too much about plants which is why I always use this place. There knowledge is amazing and can answer almost any query I have on how to grow or plant anything.
The people on the tills are brilliant there just aren’t enough of them so you have these massive build up of people waiting. Extra staff are called, queues go down and then it starts all over again!

Found what I was looking for, good quality and reasonably priced

I always fine Debbie's staff very helpful and understanding the things that they sale are always high standard

Excellent friendly helpful staff . Nothing was too much trouble. We came away with the product we went for at a decent price too.

I enjoy browsing Donnie and using my Dobbies card for my free tea and offers.
It is easier to shop because the store is not too overpacked and the aisles seem larger

Always enjoy visiting Dobbies. Usually visit cafe for drink or lunch. Household interesting and occasionally plants. They just need to get sorted with electric car charger points - and plenty of them please!

I went into Andover Dobies with my little dog.
The store and outside plant areas are well laid out and it’s interesting to see new plants and stock for Christmas.
I found what I wanted and as I’m a loyalty card holder had a free coffee.
The nice lady on the till gave my dog a little biscuit treat, so both of us went home very happy.

A garden centre for gardeners with a good cafe thrown in for lunch. Perfect..

Always a good range of colourful plants and other decorative items. We enjoy our two free drinks every month as members of the club. We like to bring our dog and appreciate the dog friendly tables inside the restaurant, although these seem very popular with people who don’t bring dogs which meant on our last visit we had to drink our coffee outside on a very cold day!

I purchased an indestructible dog toy on Oct 9. Within 30 minutes, my dog had chewed it and I took it back to the location on Oct 16. Unfortunately, because I could not locate the receipt, I was told I could not return and/or get credit for the toy - even though I have a Dobbies membership number in which the purchase was made.

I visited to buy some specific items but wasn’t able to get one item hence the 4 stars, I needed compost specific to roses but none was available. Apart from that I always find what I’m looking for and I love the quality.

We always enjoy our visits to Debbie’s and this was no exception. It’s not only the plants which have never failed to please but also the gifts and greeting cards. Also the restaurant.

Food and drinks were good. Slight problem with slow service but due to training new staff. All did there best to serve as soon as they were able.

A great Garden Centre but disappointed they no longer sell some goods I.e. cakes, sweets and rubber gloves but the plants are good and after all it is a Garden Centre!

We meet our friends there for coffee and cak n have great service.
