We were extremely disappointed to find that the cafe had been downgraded and no longer does full meals.
My partner is disabled and in a large electronic wheelchair and because of your space, and easy accessibility we have had great pleasure visiting you regularly.
But part of the pleasure of the visit was the fabulous meals you provided.
We will not be visiting you now that we cannot have a meal.
Your plants are always good but expensive, which we made allowances for as the meal was part of the experience.
We will miss our great days out with you.

My wife and I went to get Dobbies offer of free cakes and large drinks as a present for my birthday.

I love Dobbies because you can look around and take your time. You can also get a cup of tea and relax.

All fine, got the product that I wanted and till staff member was pleasant and efficient.

Thanks to the staff member who kindly loaded compost bags into our car.

Found all that we needed and the garden centre displays looked very attractive. Staff as usual very helpful and friendly. Thank you Dobbies Garden Centre for making our shop a pleasant experience

Very interesting. Just not able to find a long-handled bulb planter

Only went to meet a friend for coffee, you always used to have pouring cream for coffee, now it is rarely
available, so then I have tea!!!

My shopping experience with Dobbies and restaurant service was very good. Staff are always pleasant and helpful but do find plant prices a bit on the high side but overall am very happy with my purchases.

Called this afternoon with my granddaughter for tea after school. Arrived at 4pm to be told the kitchen was closed. They couldn’t t even manage a sandwich! At 4.30 customers were being told that hot drinks would be served in take away cups as they were closing at 5pm. What ever happened to customer service. This place has lost its way ever since Dobbies took over. I have givenit more than enough chances will not be returning there for any reason

Visited Andover today and good selection of plants and staff very friendly and helpful. 20% off good too! Also stopped for a snack and coffee in restaurant and good service and friendly staff BUT I must say the cheese scones were burnt and very dry/tasteless (I left mine) and perhaps should not have been made available? Didn’t complain at the time and, on reflection, should have. The coffee was lovely!

They looked a little short staffed in the cafe but the girls were cheerful and apologised for the delay. But it wasnt a long wait anyway. Always a pleasure to visit.

Dobbies weyhill disgusting will never shop there again. They had Items on sale 50% off ticket clearly marked and when taken to till told they are not reduced, took assistant to show her ticket clearly marked with bagpipe Santa half price got manager. She was worse than useless. So hence we left without buying. Having been a manager in shops for 40 plus years disgusted where they do not try to help customer have a nice experience. What she told me was they will be boxed up and put out next year considering this is 8 days after Xmas you would think they would be happy to get the sale.so customers beware next year you will be buying these Xmas items that were out last year an they will no doubt put the price up on them. Will never shop with them again. No customer loyalty at all. Just greedy stores.

The garden centre is clean and nicely presented. The staff (which is very few) are really helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant service has improved dramatically but not as much choice in the menu as there used to be and we don’t seem to be receiving many restaurant offers

Long queues at tills last 4 times I’ve been. Things priced incorrectly. Not able to use vouchers as even though buying homeward there isn’t a home department and not a restaurant as it’s a cafe. No staff about to ask questions.

Very helpful ladies in the cafe. Lovely & jolly too 😊

Great choice of plants and gifts etc …but the customer service is absolutely brilliant, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoy shopping here.
