I have had some helpful information from a member of the staff and find the most things for my garden I'm very stratified with my experience

I was really pleased with the plants I got for my garden.

Used my birthday voucher as well in the restaurant but drink was a bit cool.

Cafe is spacious and well laid out. Wide range of food available.
Good range of plants and gardening accessories available.

Dobbies is usually great, but on this occasion there was a bit of a mix up. I received a message to say a salad bar was open, but when we arrived staff said it was not available!

Poorest breakfast at Dobbies GC Braehead Glasgow this morning.Quality and temperature of preprepared food was worst ever!! Cannot recommend and very poor value for money

Knowledgeable member of staff who was very helpful, great range of plants and a terrific young lady on checkout who arranged a taxi.

The staff at brahead Garden Centre was fantastic help myself and my brother took the item to the checkout for us and the checkout girl was lovely as well 10 out of 10 thanks yous so so much ❤️

Food I had in restaurant was lukewarm and a bit dry. Broccoli should never have been put on my plate. It was dry and cold.

This is the second time we have visited the store to order a bulk order of stones to be told that there was no one in store at that time who knew how to process the order. I am surprised that you can afford to lose a sale totalling £399.98. We were not prepared to visit the store again in case the order could not be placed for a third time. We ordered from screwfix instead!

Went for afternoon tea at 3pm we were the only people in that part of the Restaurant, our tea and sandwiches came very quickly, but sandwiches could have been fresher but we only left one.
I had ordered an extra plate of savouries, there were 4 vol-au-vents were solid at the base could get a knife through had to use a teaspoon to lift out the fillings and leave the pastry cases.as for the 4 baby sausage rolls they were just inedible, but the saving grace were the scones with butter, jam, and clotted cream. You can have 5 stars for them, Tea went cold really quickly but they gave us more without a quibble, Would certainly not recommend it, which is a shame as we were really looking forward to it, as the food in your restaurant is normally very good.

Perfectly happy with selection of roses, quality and service.

Enjoyed looking round and went for a lovely lunch. Then got some supplies for my garden. Lovely day out.

Birthday treat in Food Hall. Good quality plants and customer service.

The shop was full of surprises, i loved the plant sections. I was there to buy seeds for my garden but found so much more, i had not been aware that it had supplies for our pets, gardening equipment and several other departments. My advice is when you go allow yourself at least an hour and a half to find out what they have to offer. The staff are so helpful and pleasant.

I have just become a fully pledged member I didn’t bother with the 30days option I paid the membership and I am very pleased with the service fantastic staff also the restaurant has such a wonderful selection whither it’s tea or a hot meal
I also bought more shrubs plants small cherry blossom looking forward to the larger blossoms coming in we buy them in memory of loved ones
