Went to Dobbie’s braehead for various items for our fish tank met with the most unhelpful staff in the planet were not interested helping us and didn’t even make eye contact.Got another member of staff who just shrugged their shoulders and said if it’s not on the shelf then we don’t have it in the rudest tone I’ve ever encountered will definitely NOT BE BACK here the staff need retraining in customer service RUDE

Faulty pots
Had an issue with plant pots bought 18 months that started falling apart, Alan one of the managers replaced/repotted our plant pots without any hassle or fuss. Great service thank you!
