Experience is more than I expected.good polite service which makes experience at restaurant enjoyable and pleasant.

Goog selection of products. Great help from staff about my requirements. I needed plants good for shade, evergreen and ground cover. Very helpful.

Got my goods much cheaper than my usual place ie pets at home went to the cash desk cashier greeted me with a big smile and asked me how my day was something you dont much get nowadays cheered me right up and she was ever so helpful that gives me 10 out 10 for the braehead store thank you

Service was excellent, staff were very friendly, liked the atmosphere about the store and had everything that we were looking for

Went for afternoon tea with 3 other people. Lovely staff and very attentive . Sandwiches were tasty but a bit clumsy looking with the crusts left on . Scones were lovely , but the cakes lacked variety . We were allowed to take away anything we couldn’t finish at the time, and there was no rush to move us on from our table . Very relaxed afternoon - will go back

Always enjoy a visit to Dobbies nice plants and helpful staff even nicer when the sun is shining.

A couple of purchases in the garden area and a very pleasant morning visit all round.

I started with coffee and scone in the cafe yummy. Then visited the gents dept and bought a nice jacket for my husband. Great value. Made the most of the great sale.

Using my birthday treat voucher- coffee and cake were lovely. Staff helpful and friendly

Bought plants and the staff member was so helpful gave us lots of advice.

Enjoy the breakfast, staff are lovely, helpful & pleasant. The negative part of the breakfast is the strict rules on the 10 item is what it is. If you don't like a few things you can't change. Quite a few customers were complaining when I was in. Think going back to a pick what you wantvand like to eat breakfast on all 5, 7 or 10 items would be great. Think better that option than to lose customers.

Can’t rate this Dobbies highly enough. Well stocked, knowledgeable and helpful staff and an excellent restaurant. I just wish the food hall hadn’t changed over to Sainsburys. I miss the old butcher’s counter.

I love the relaxing atmosphere in Dobbies. It has a good selection of indoor and outdoor plants.A handy in store Sainsbury area and gift areas throughout. However,it is a garden centre and the plants are predictable. So it would be great throughout the year to see limited edition of more unusual plants that Dobbies don't usually stock so buy or sigh that you missed the purchase.
The restraunt is great value ,especially being a member of Dobbies having two free drinks monthly,it pays for itself. Although ,being vegetarian it has good breakfast selection but the display should have all meats and egg separate from veg as when bacon was being replenished oil dripped over tomatoes.
I won't be eating breakfast again until this happens. It is doable and will cost nothing to make the change and give vegan and veggies confidence I the great value breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed a breakfast with my daughter in law to be. All the staff were polite and welcoming, and our rolls were delicious. Never fails to hit the spot.
