Found exactly what I was looking for.
Great garden centre, I always end up buying loads of things.
Found what I was looking for and more really quickly. Staff really helpful and everything is well laid out. I love the mini Sainsbury’s as well, it is really well stocked.
Second chances
The staff are excellent so kind and helpful. The gardening section, the plants well cared for. Even though the price is a bit dear, the quality of the plants overrides this. The tearoom was OK, it was clean and tidy no plates etc.left on tables always a good sign. Have not had a meal yet, going to try soon, that will be the deciding factor.
Store in filthy condition
Store in filthy condition. In Cafeteria the trays were covered in cream, chocolate and food. Plates were dirty. Selection of food was abysmal. Boy issuing hot chocolate refused to change the dirty cup he had put the hot chocolate drink in and laughed at me when I complained. We had to clean a table and the chairs before we sat down. There was food and napkins all over the floor. Toilets were dirty too. Not anywhere near the usual standard for Dobbies. We were not the only customers dissatisfied. Very disappointing.

Shopping In Dobbies is fine I…
Shopping In Dobbies is fine I appreciate that I can bring my dog with me,I also understand that I can’t bring my dog through the restaurant but where people with dogs have to sit makes me feel I am in the naughty seats.it is a big improvement to the first time I visited where there was a wooden fence/barrier between the single row of tables. I did complain to a member of staff at the time. I have visited other Dobbies, where the seating area is much more pleasant and not so separated .
Nice clean store .
Nice clean store bought some plants and seeds. Good price. Restaurant good also.
Breakfast at Braehead
A rare fine day so a long day in the garden beckoned. The one stop destination was Dobbies. First stop the restaurant for breakfast followed by a leisurely stroll round the shop picking up all the gardening needs I required for the day. No hassle, no bother, friendly staff. My kind of day.
