Well laid out and easy to transverse. Many different varieties of plant and well labelled. Very helpful pleasant staff. Plants are rather expensive, but you get what you pay for. I tend to peruse the Sale plants first, due to limited funds. However, i always enjoy my visits.

Dobbies is always a place I love to visit for all of my gardening, pet and now some of my Waitrose shopping!

My husband and I also love to pop into the Cafe either for one of their lovely breakfasts, coffees and a plate of Fish & Chips etc.

All of the staff and very friendly and helpful.

Service usually very good , last week , tills very slow , as most staff , filling up shelves in food shop , including management!

Excellent service at the till. Assistant made sure we had all the relevant discounts.

Very helpful, COURTEOUS staff. Couldn't get all my gluten free products because you are changing from Sainsbury to Waitrose.

Everyone in the store was helpful and took time to take me to the plants that I was buying and explained what was best or an alternative One assistant called Louis went the extra mile to help as buying lots of plants for a new communal garden and had to do more then one trip over couple of days and the plants where all heathy and good value

Plants are still more expensive than other garden centres. And if you want bedding plants it's off to B & Q for me.

I only bought some plant supports so I did not need any assistants, but when I came to pay, I found the cashier very polite and cheerful.

Great coffee and ambience at the cafe and good bargains - bought a lovely rose for a fiver.Friendly, helpful staff. The displays of flowers and plants were breathtaking - especialLy at this time of year.
I just wish the normal prices of plants was less as they are very expensive.

I spoke to the same member of staff two or three times, he was so friendly and helpful.

Always helpful brilliant manager who has be n there for years knows everything. Bought three roses reduced. Two extra water cans just in case needed. Bird seed and one packed of reduced otomatoes never tried before for next year. Members so free coffee 💕🧡💕🥀🐝🐞🌻

I purchased some pots and plant specific soil to repot some of my plants. The staff was very helpful. They even caterred for my daughters allergies in their cafe. Will recommend this garden centre.

Although clearly busy, the staff went out of their way to make sure my enquiry was attended to and find what sale goods were still available, then helped me load my furniture order in the car.

I went to purchase some pet food, and some garden stuff, and stopped for coffee and cake at the restaurant. It was all extremely pleasant.

Visit was ok although some items are expensive

Cafe was great but the barcode on my dobies card didn't work so had to be typed in every time. Nearly got overcharged for my netting.

Plants I wanted still on sale and in very good condition.

A good experience. Had let club membership lapse during pandemic, as not visiting. Renewed on this visit as good selection of plants, and nice coffee on cafe. Useful guidance re which plants to buy for particular conditions from one of staff members.
