Had exactly what I wanted, at a very good price too.

Very helpful staff. Loved my free pot plants following a complimentary e voucher. I also enjoyed using my Dobbies discount card. Thank you!

Not very happy. I presented printed vouchers for £5 off (spend £25) and various points. It looked like he had entered all of them at checkout, but when I examined the bill later I saw the £5 discount had not been applied. Also, I was charged for 7 lavenders - I got six (3 for 2 offer).

It is a shame that information regarding plants for sale is such a struggle. Info clearly stated should include whether annual or perennial, sun or shade, deciduous or evergreen,, height and width. Too often it is necessary to struggle through poorly labelled tickets and often quite inaccessible labels .

It’s the staff which make this amazing place what it is. Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, they are only too happy to point you in the right direction. The cafe staff are also fantastic, very switched on and smiley. Probably the best garden centre I’ve ever been to!

The Garden Centre is always a pleasure to visit , very well stocked , the Restaurant is first class the food excellent and ample portions (unlike other Garden Centers in the area) we always look forward to visit

Great garden center. My go to for plants and accessories. Good prices. Good restaurant. Good helpful knowledgeable staff. Parking is easy. Can even get a few bits from the instore supermarket too.

Really good plants. We had lunch which was not as good as it was before the changes, which was borne out by being able to get a table without booking and not so many people there. The staff are still friendly in the restaurant and within the garden centre, mostly knowledgeable.

Popped in for some compost my free membership coffee & a look round. Nice clean store lovely coffee & cakes. Reasonable prices too!!

Mostly good selection of plants, but they are quite expensive. The membership rewards are great as I had some vouchers. Friendly staff

We decided to order a traditional breakfast and a vegetarian breakfast. They were cooked beautifully and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The staff were, as always, friendly and helpful. Will do it again.
