Really disappointed that the butch is no longer open and we were very disappointed that again the queue for tea coffee etc were so long we left the store

Enjoyed a delicious lunch with my daughter. Service very good.
Enjoyed looking around store and bought first Christmas present.

There was plenty to choose from when there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A simple transaction, the product I wanted was available and I took it to the til.

Everything we needed and at the right price , great !

Dobbies is a good place to buy all the plants and compost for the garden. Being a Dobbies club member is very good as we get 2 free coffees per month and discount off purchases

Staff are always so helpful and friendly. I would guess most staff have been there a while and they are usually very knowledgeable.

I visited today for lunch with my husband. The food and staff excellent again and food came very quickly.

Only my second visit, very impressed with the food and staff in restaurant and the lay out of all departments, reasonable prices, would certainly recommend and will be visiting again soon.

We stopped at the coffee shop not long after opening time and there was long queue already. When seated we waited at least 35 minutes before our order was taken. Then a while before the order arrived, which was a breakfast, at the same time ours was delivered they were doing lunch orders. After we ate managed to find what we wanted in about half an hour. Then another queue for the till as only one open!
We left after 1pm, far too long for services.

Enjoyed hot drinks and cakes at the Cirencester Dobbies.

Very pleasant cafe and good selection of gardening related items cards etc.Also useful to have Sainsbury in store

Enjoyed my day at Dobbies but on opening my purchases I was very disappointed. I bought several packets of bulbs ready for winter planting. Unfortunately most of the daffodil bulbs - 'Binkie' (pack of 25) were rotted and unusable, such a disappointment!
