It was a quick visit and we easily found what we wanted. Unfortunately one of the sets of lights we wanted were sold out but a staff member very kindly agreed to sell the ones that were on display.

No problems, well laid out centre and friendly staff.

Great place to buy fish! Staff members are very friendly, especially Tom. He has helped us out twice when buying fish and is always so helpful and gives us great advice. Makes it an enjoyable experience. Looking forward to seeing him in there again next time.

First time join good quality range of so many products from plants /pets/food /cafe

This was my first visit to Dobbies Garden Centre and I was very impressed with the variety and quality of goods available.

Visited two Saturdays running and both times the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with long waits or a restricted menu. The staff remained very polite and were working really hard to try to satisfy people.
Come on Dobbies you can do better.

I find that cutting your cakes ( I. E. Victoria sponge etc ) into. SIXTEEN PORTIONS AND CHARGING £3.45 a slice is WAY WAY OVER THE TOP. I am seriously considering cancelling my membership. I cannot come once every month as l need assistance to travel to you. Sometimes l can come more than once. But you cancel my stored up free teas so l can claim a previous months unused offer. Shame on you

Came early for breakfast and noticed the place was so tidy and clean.Breakfast was great and the free coffee

Helpful & plenty of staff if required without being pushy.

Plenty of choice of good quality plants and other items.
Some delay in restaurant.

I only get a sitter twice a week as my husband is disabled and decided to treat myself to lunch. There was a sign saying no hot meals and a massive queue to get served so decided not worth the wait to get a sandwich so gave up and went home.

The restaurant wasn't serving main meals and they ran out of jacket potatoes while I was queuing. Not very good at lunchtime.

We just enjoy walking round plants all good and tea scones are lovely.

Always a great experience and helpful and knowledgeable staff.

ordered 2 meals and 2 teas.but had drank the tea before the meals had arrived,this happens very regularly on our visits.

Always pleased with the range of products available and prices are competitive with the competition. Staff are always helpful, pleasant and happy to help you and we enjoy our free drinks every month.

As always my last visit was really good. It's always a pleasure to come to Dobbies. Sad that I can't spend as much as I would like to spend with you at this time.

Drinks were fine but took a long time to arrive. Also, the Ladies toilets were not very pleasant.
