Visited the restaurant for coffee and cake. All very good

Love Dobbies....a little more expensive but have some things that are different

Only 4 out of 5 as plant and pot stock low after Christmas

Good product but wasn't on shelf, had to wait for assistance.
But Good service. (Scones are delicious!)

Store was great. Staff were very helpful and polite. The only issue was not enough people on the till for the amount of customers.

Once again, I write a review which gets totally ignored by Dobbies. Once again, the coffee was terrible, cakes overpriced, tables dirty and uncleared, struggling to find somewhere clean to sit. The toilets, as usual were really smelly with toilet paper strewn across the floor. They are obviously never checked unlike other similar establishments. The only reason we go is because we have quite a few vouchers for free coffee (I certainly would not be paying for them). When they run out, I doubt we will be back. There are many reviews on-line similar to mine. My review is specific to Monifieth, Angus.

Dobbies is not just a garden centre, it’s my go to shop for cards, gifts, pet supplies and a nice coffee!

I always really enjoy visiting Dobbies. It is lovely getting a free drink each month 😋 and a lovely cake or scone to enjoy with it.

Helpful staff and good selection of goods and plants. Nicely festive. Too much space given to plastic decorations I felt. We need to think planet a bit better.

We visit Dobbies near Dundee occasionally, we do enjoy our experience here. But on a fee occasions we have been over charged for a few items that were at the wrong price, it's a good job I noticed this. Other wise we would of lost out on hard earned money. This could happen to lots of the older generation adults that visit and they may not be as vigilant! I await your feedback on this matter

Poor choice in restaurant after 15:00.
Would prefer the store to concentrate on being a ‘garden centre rather than a subsidiary of Sainsbury's.

Everything was fine in the cafe and the shop floor. Only thing I would say is the tills were very slow due to someone signing up to the loyalty card while their goods were put through to save them 20%. This is not the best place to be doing this with only 2 tills on!!!!!

Just back from lots of isolation due to ill health. Thoroughly enjoyed treating my Granddaughters and Son-in-law with gifts from Dobbies in Ethibeaton Dundee with tea and cake after.

Always enjoy going to Dobbies, especially as it is dog friendly. loyalty card is good
value. At busy times there are not enough staff on checkouts
