My grandkids got pizza it was obviously reheated very tough and very light on cheese The coffee was the worst yet I came back to give the cafe another chance as my friends and I go to another cafe due to overcooked food and very sullen staff Lovely wee girl cleaning tables and the girls at the hot drink counter very nice

Store was gearing up for Christmas. Went in to look at wellies and got a lovely pair and also a very much reduced Regatta waterproof jacket. Took my dog in and impressed with how pet friendly the shop is. Got 20% off if a member so joined as was worth it. Staff very obliging.

we went specifically to buy bulbs to plant in a container similar to one seen on tv program, pick out what we required and the girl at the checkout was very helpful even scanned the barcode on my phone for the bonus points

Visited shop for a gift and found one very good choice and staff very helpful

Slow service in cafe as usual despite only 2 in queue. Tables need better wiping and floor had food and cake on it. Rest of store obviously preparing for Christmas so difficult to move round which was a pity when there was 20% off everything.

We joined Dobbie’s plus.staff very helpful. Web site seemed to be tricky.
Good selection of shrubs and store had a good selection of other goods.

Busy shop and cafe - always a good sign!

Kevin in the garden area is a true expert, brimming with knowledge and enthusiastic. A credit to the company. I only bought 6 plants as we were on hol so car was full already lol

Bought some me bedding plants and accessories at reasonable price.
Went for coffee and chose a fresh fruit tart which had obviously been in the fridge too long as was soggy. Cake prices are quite high so disappointed.

As always the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bought some fruit in Sainsburys in the Dundee Dobbies. Only one member of staff on the tills so had quite a long wait as there was a queue. Would have preferred the wait to be little shorter. Staff member very pleasant and efficient to all in front and to me. queuing system not obvious and I had to ask another customer not to go in front of me because he didn’t realise there was a queue. I found this embarrassing but I was in a hurry and only had two items to pay for.

Dobbies in Dundee is looking great just now. We managed to get some plants that were in the sale for a very good price. However, the best but about Dobbies is Kevin. He is so friendly and helpful. He has given us various wee tutorials on how to choose and look after the plants and trees that we have bought. Today he gave us some great tips on how to prune our apple trees that we got last year. He is so knowledgable and a fantastic asset to the firm.

Superb quality and price

Regular visitor to Dobbies. Always happy to meet friends in the restaurant. Obviously sometimes there’s a long queue at the counter as the coffee making process is slow and limited to one or two servers however still worth the wait for a nice cuppa.

Visited Dobbies Monifieth and after receiving a brilliant service from Kevin with plants…Blair who also works in the outside area was really nice and helpful with ornaments for our garden. Nothing was too much bother for him.
Well done Blair, you are a credit to Dobbies.

I bought a garden fire pit. It was a very good buy. It was brought to the car by the assistant. I am very pleased with transaction.

Disappointed to find no baby changing facilities in ladies toilet. Had to change my granddaughter balanced between the sinks. Found out afterwards that there's a disabled toilet in cafe area but no signage.

all ok except packets of seeds which were shown on seed stands as 50% off packet price were charged at full price at cash point. This was pointed out to assistant who was very good at rectifying. However this created a delay and a long queue for other customers.
