Good to get some discount for my plants but a staff member didn’t mention the 30 day trial period when asked about the advantage card.

Bought beautiful rose bushes
Came to the garden centre to buy roses. Was delighted to find the roses on sale and we bought 8 plants. We then went up to the cafe and had a coffee tea and toasted sandwiches which we took outside to eat as it was a lovely day.

Lovely walk round the outside area…
Lovely walk round the outside area checking out the plants were all looking healthy despite the warm weather we have been having.
Also took the time to go upstairs for a cup of coffee, the young girl on duty made me a lovely hot cup of coffee. I was very pleased as often the coffee has been warm not hot.

The quality of the food has sharply declined. On my recent visit I had a chicken and leek pie which was overcooked and contained almost no filling.

Renewal rather than Replacement
I was looking to replace worn connectors for a leaky hose. I found exactly what I needed in the garden section. The parts I needed were well displayed and I had plenty time to decide which brand was best. The prices were lower than I expected. At one point I needed help from a staff member and it was given gladly even although I interrupted him checking stock.
I'm happy with the service because I have rejuvenated a garden hose at reasonable cost rather than having to buy a new hose.
