A good cup.
I sat outside on the sunny terrace.

I visited Dobbies Garden Centre last weekend.

I enjoyed browsing in the store while my husband went to buy some bedding plants. He was delighted with his purchases, especially as there was a promotion on. 50% off.

We then had lunch in the cafe. We enjoyed our lunch but it did seem a little pricey.
However, we found the staff, who were mostly young, to be very helpful and friendly.

Excellent choice of plants in my local store right now, and some great loyalty card savings and discounts. I find it impossible to visit and Dobbies and not leave with at least one garden plant!

I find your stores quite expensive compared to other similar. The toilets in the Dundee store are definitely in need of upgrading as they are in a shabby state and there's often toilet paper on the floor. Maybe I've just been unlucky and have gone before they were checked.

It was my birthday treat, I was very disappointed when I had to pay for the Jam to go with my partners Scone, especially as the Scone and Jam cost less than a cake. The coffee was excellent but unfortunately this is not always the case.

Went with my friends for coffee and scones had a lovely time.staff were very helpful and friendly.then enjoyed browsing round. At all the beautiful plants. And doing some shopping.

Nice location with good variety of plants. There was a great selection of gardening equipment. I visited the restaurant it appeared to be understaffed with a lack of selection of food. The one big criticism I have is the distance from the restaurant to the toilets.

Chap at additional till was bit off hand , constantly telling people that the queue is on other side of tills. Very confusing queue system. Single line queue moving to 2- 3 tills. Then they open a till at main desk and the food hall shoppers assume that's their queue from that side of store. Sort it out please . Plus point scones in cafe much improved.

Very helpful personnel regarding the the garden plants we wanted. They helped locate the flowers we were looking for etc.
The pay out desk was very efficient and helpful when we were finished shopping and a pleasure getting staff to talk with you whilst checking out.
the Managers should be proud of the helpful staff they have.

Unable to find anyone to help me in the gardening section after spending 10 mins looking! On the plus side, a lovely young man on the till helped me to Join and become a member of Dobbies so that was good.

Hello having visited dobbies dundee on the 4th June enjoy the visit to the shop but went for a meal only to find the frier was not working so could not get fish and chips so ordered ham eggs and chips according to brochure only to find there was only 1 egg instead of 2 as advertised so it was abut disappointing none the less it was good but disappointing hope this will be rectified yours R.Robertson.

Had nice cup of tea and biscuits sitting outside in the sun. Then bought a book with the 20% off good value.

Came in to buy a garden chair for my disabled sister in law and could not have been happier with the service and the staff thank you so much.

The service for food and the check outs was poor. The plants were great, but paying for them was onerous

Not a lot of choice in the restaurant,same cakes every week
