Fabulous service
Bought a bistro table and chairs on Friday and got the best service from Mark from that Department. Nothing was too much trouble and when I had to return on Saturday because there was a crack in the table he again provided a first class service and replaced the table without any fuss or delay. On both occasions he carried the goods to my car for which I was very grateful. He is certainly a credit to Dobbies.

Great selection of healthy plants
Great selection of healthy plants, food, accessories, anything in fact, more prices needed on items. Really not keen on dogs being able to come into the cafe! Don't mind them coming up the stairs and straight into the designated area but disagree with them walking through the cafe beside the food, certainly not hygienic, wouldn't be keen to go back due to this.

Very expensive. Unbelievably so for some items.
Nice range of plants and seeds. Well stocked.
Cafe has nice cakes.
Never enough staff on so the ones that are there are harassed by horrible, rude customers.
