A perfect place for a little one's party
My granddaughter had her birthday party in the soft play area at the start of Easter. I did a bit of shopping and was most impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff on the shop floor. Ellen (I believe) was the staff member helping at the party. She was great. She couldn't have done more to ensure the little ones enjoyed their time and the adults fuelled with cake and coffee. Thank you

Cafe very busy with only 2 members of…
Cafe very busy with only 2 members of staff serving queued for over 15 minutes.
Staff doing a great job , at the point of being served another member of staff appeared as a large queue was at the back of me.
Need to be more reactive.

The queue system needs an overhaul
The wait for just a coffee is very long having to stand for a while
The way the system works especially for anyone with mobility problems really needs a rethink

I love shopping at Dobbies and find all staff helpful, lots of good products. However , dear oh dear the coffee in the restaurant is almost cold. This is not just a one time complaint this is my third cup of cold coffee.
