Called into Dobbies restaurant on 9th…
Called into Dobbies restaurant on 9th March. Only one cashier on who was also making the drinks, finally 2 others joined her but the drinks were awful and luke warm. Had to ask for cutlery as none out. Tables were not being cleared and food very mediocre. Was over priced for quality of food and service. Will not be returning.

The staff were very friendly
The staff were very friendly. The queue for the cafe was rather long and slow to move. The soft play was a little dirty, with food scattered on the floor and tables with food left on them, even though we were the first to use it in the afternoon after what should have been a cleaning of the area.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
I don't remember having a breakfast this bad! Cold beans and black pudding, hash brown like cardboard. But the worst on the plate was the mushrooms swimming in grease which we could taste for a couple of hours after. Would have scored a one if it wasn't for the customer service and the refund. Very disappointed.
