Great meal in the cafe friendly chef bringing food to the table little disappointed withe the garden centre plants shrubs fallen over on the floor

We like the restaurant but unfortunately they often stop serving warm food at 2.00 p.m. Have bought some good sale plants recently.

Nice place to visit,had lunch ,bought some bits.

Dobbies had a good selection of autumn plants; I was able to get what I wanted, at a good price.

The staff are very helpful. I always take friends with me. Could do with more staff in the restaurant at busy times.

Didnt buy anything but the cafe was excellent

We arranged to meet a relative for breakfast but they didn't have any sausages or black pudding. Very disappointed.

Good lunch as usual. Nice, friendly staff. Plants were plentiful and seeds on offer. Wish the concessions hadn't gone, they made the visit much more interesting. Oddly, one of my vouchers was if I bought clothing - don't know how if they don't sell any! Nothing new has filled the spaces where they were, only existing stock spread out. Big mistake in my opinion.

Plant Variety was good and well laid out.

Miss the foodhall !!

As hilly location perhaps put a bench at the front for passenger, elderly or with lots of shopping to sit whilst driver gets the car.

Popped in for a few bits for the garden, and decided to have a coffee as well.
To my great surprise you do a full GLUTEN FREE breakfast.

Lovely time here. Staff welcoming and friendly, helpful about plants which all looked well cared for. Indoors spacious and light and clean. Cafe busy with excellent quality food. Toilets clean (and no wobbly loo seats!)

The café is well run and managed food is hot and great choice. Love the garden office and the 2 cups of hot drinks a month for free keeps me coming back nice little play area from my grandchild very safe and well managed

We received fast, efficient and friendly service at the cafe today despite huge number of customers. Nearly every table occupied. Food arrived quickly and very hot!

I've used this garden centre for many years, but recently it has looked dowdy, with a reduced range of products, and gives to the impression it is being run down.
The restaurant service is slow, though the staff there are friendly and helpful.
I will still use the centre as it is convenient, but it is in need of some attention

The restaurant was under staffed resulting in long queues to order and long wait for food. The computer had not updated the food stock resulting in twice having to choose another meal and then wait again. The staff apologised but it wasn’t their fault. It’s no good advertising meal deals if there is insufficient stock in the kitchen.
