Busy restaurant but could do with tables being cleared quicker. Would be helpful if people who don’t have dogs, not sit at the tables reserved for those with dogs. Either that or let those with dogs sit anywhere

Dobbies had what I wanted in stock and were offering a '4 for the price of' promotion plus a 20% discount too.
Couldn't beat the price anywhere else.

Nice and handy
Staff usually friendly and helpful, strange rules in the coffee shop though; if I'm alone with my dog I can't go up to the counter to order? Also why so few 'dog-friendly' tables? Only 3 available which other customers often take leaving nowhere for me to sit.
Also no trolleys at the front of the store, and they need some out back in case you end up buying more than you intended.
Overall I do enjoy shopping there, there's a good selection of plants (though not do much now the shed supplier has taken over half the space) and I usually end up spending more than I should!

Had our free coffees, bought 2 Cactii and dishes, 2 cyclamen and 2 packs of seeds, but sadly forgot to use the emailed 20%vouchers. Happy with all the purchases and excellent service.

Disappointed.
Honestly, I am very disappointed in the whole outlook of Dobbies. For the area it is in you are going in completely the wrong direction. Havant,Leigh Park and surrounding areas used to flock into this outlet. Outlet being the operative words, because they knew they could spend time looking round, buying clothes from EDW and Cotton Trader etc. Then have a coffee, lunch etc. You are losing all your trade to Stansted Garden Centre which has so much more to offer.

We like it
We have the loyalty card, so go every month for our free coffees. Our granddaughter loves the indoor soft play area. We are very impressed that you offer a used pot recycling facility. The plants are top quality and the gift shop is great.

Lovely garden centre
Lovely garden centre, inside and out. Lots of variety and it has a really nice coffee shop plus a little sainsburys shop if you need a few groceries.
