A nice relaxing environment with friendly and helpful staff. Handy to have a sainsburys inside so one can pick up a few odds and ends without needing to go to the big supermarket.

I always find your staff both on the checkout and in the cafe really nice and pleasant.

Quite pricey since Dobbies took over from Wyevale. No EWM or Cotton Traders any more.😕

Went to look for a specific plant, a hypericum. Asked female employee in exterior garden area. She stopped what she was doing and took us to where the plants were located. Then asked if there was anything else she could help with. Brilliant customer service.

Returning an item that was faulty, arrived at 9.40am, told there was no one there who could do refunds until 10.00. Had to wait around for 20 minutes.

Café breakfasts good quality, although could do with more choice i.e. porridge. Plant quality varies and can be expensive without using membership discounts. Handy to have a small Sainsbury's inside. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pleasant lady at the checkout and all staff had a smile which was nice to see

Very disappointed, a lot of the plants looked withered as though they need water, such a shame.
Hardly any compost, we paid for what we thought was outside and it was completely different.

Prime reason for visiting to buy plant Escallonia (not in stock) , look at roses and also small shed.
Visited café, had Beef sandwich with added chips (latter not hot and had to be replaced.) Food quite pricey. Very pleasant staff.

Furniture ordered and delivered within 3 weeks. Delivery on time drivers polite and really helpful. Will be going back to order more furniture soon

we originally went into the shop to browse but, as usual we decided to buy some items! however there were no trolleys in the garden section and, when I asked where the trolleys were I was told by the front door. they did not offer to get one for me or tell me why there were none in the garden section

At last the plant's have returned to Dobbies. I spent a lot of money on plants. Still disappointed that there were no scones available in the cafe. It was 2 30pm so should have been well stocked

My only comment is that I wanted perennial plants and there was no separate area displaying them .

A good garden centre with a decent café which serves lovely home made cakes. There's also a soft play area for the little ones. Prices are a bit on the high side generally which prevents me giving it 5 stars but the quality is good.

Excellent centre, only thing would be useful would be accessibility to trolley after exiting side cafe door as doors blocked off to get to trolley section and miss the in store clothes section. Free coffee much appreciated. Great plants.
