Very friendly helpful staff. A large range of stock and great restaurant

The staff were really helpful and friendly. This kind of customer service is what will keep me returning.

Quality goods, helpful staff

The centre itself is very nice. Unfortunately, the cafe service is appalling. Waited 45 minutes in a queue just for 2 coffees and 2 scones. Staff were ridiculous slow and non attentive.
Definitely will not be returning

You have a lovely coffee shop and very good cakes. You also give free coffee with the loyalty card use. Very exciting goods at reasonable prices, although I'm missing my The Works shop that used to be there.

Visited Sinday 26th November, freezing cold in the centre!
Lunch not great, if you're going to warm the plate don't put salad directly on it! Original choice of the festive roll not available due to an unexplained allergen in roll!
Wouldn't rush back

Good variety of products - was looking for inspiration for Christmas gifts

Every thing was clean and organized,the staff were all very helpful,but the wait at the cafe is held up by the coffee machine so be prepared to wait even if you only want a drink

We visit a number of Dobbies garden centres and we invariably have a coffee and cake while we are there. The Huntington store is without doubt the place to avoid unless you enjoy queuing.
The long queues are caused by understaffing and the non use of a second coffee machine that appears to be a dust collector or is there for show only. The staff also seem to be poorly trained..we have had a number of occasions when the mochas we ordered turned out to be hot chocolates..not good enough! On our last visit we were in the queue for 20 minutes before we got served only to be given a wrong drink!

Unfortunately when we visited the garden centre had been broken into the previous night, and due to the vast amount of smashed glass quite a lot of the plants were unavailable to purchase, so it would seem unfair to comment

Always a great selection of plants and shrubs

Stood in queue for a coffee for 1/2 hour. Only one person on coffee machine, two on till. My daughter who only wanted to pay for a coke stuck in same queue. This was on a Saturday afternoon when you might expect more customers.

Well laid out. Bright and cheerful as they had finished sorting Christmas stuff out so tidier.

Garden Centre itself is OK, but service in the coffee shop is catastrophically slow. 2 members of staff who were manager level didn't want to get involved in helping the 2 staff on duty.
Very disappointed with the experience

Products are quite expensive. No changing rooms for some of the clothing products to try before you buy and queues very long in the cafe, which has been commented on many times. Not good, but especially when you have mobility issues or have young children with you 😓.

My wife and I have enjoyed visiting this garden centre on quite a few previouos ocassions, however today we were disappointed. The restaurant was so disorganized as to be laughable, were it not for the fact we were in no hurry we would have walked out long before we were served, to top it off when the cutlery arrived there were no knives availble and we had to wait whilst some were washed. After eating we visited the toilets, the gents smelled disgusting whilst the disbled toilet floor was covered in used toilet paper and none was available.

All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Good selection of plants in the 50% off section too

Average 30 mins wait for coffee shop at Huntingdon quite surprised but speaking to other customers it’s quite normal .
Asked why they return , “ to use Clubcard plus we have paid for”
Such a shame as coffee and cakes good.
