Had the festive tea on 3rd December. Wonderful! Food was fresh and tasty. Great value for money.
We had a query regarding a different part of the store, and the waitress went above and beyond to find the answer. Can't fault them.
Won't hesitate to give 5 stars

My husband and I recently visited our local Dobbies restaurant to use the Tea and Cake for 2 voucher he received from them to celebrate his birthday. The voucher entitled us to 2 regular hot drinks and either a scone or cake each. We both opted for a scone and jam to go with our hot drink. After getting our tea and scone we headed for the checkout we were both quite surprised to be told by the staff member that, we had to pay for the jam, yip either that or we were supposed to eat a dry scone!! We'd have been able to have a huge slice of cream cake with the offer but no jam with our scone!

Come on Dobbies, when you offer someone a gift you should be giving the complete package....jam an all!!

Good coffee, excellent cakes and all served by cheery staff.

I only visited the store to renew my card which I did at the till. I am completely happy with my visit.

Seemed short staffed no teapots had to ask no one at till doing something else then came back

Looking at parasol plus a heater to be attached to parasol. Needed assistance and the young man was very helpful . Brought the heater which we saw on display but couldn't find on shelf. He also offered to help us with our purchases to our car.

As a previous training manager for a DIY retail store I appreciate how difficult the job Assistants do on the “shop” floor.

Nothing was too much trouble for Blake nd he assisted me with my purchases out to the car.

Very disappointing. Self service coffee that tasted like dirty dishwater. You need to up your game.

Lovely shop with different goods for sale. However the staff require some training as the girl said not one word except to tell me the price of my goods and there was absolutely no customer service - she was more interested in the ear phones she had round her neck - not a good look for the shop at all. A good afternoon and a smile would not go amiss!.

I was visiting my mum in Inverness helping her with her garden. Dobbies was my natural go to for necessary garden items. Plants always exceptional quality and value for money. Also delighted to get some fabulous bargains! Including a most amazing hanging basket. Staff super friendly and helpful.
