A very pleasant visit Nice clean and tidy Centre
Plenty of availability although it was mid season
Very friendly and polite staff
Will be visiting again in the near future

We visit our local Dobbies with my elderly mum. It's a day out for her as she enjoys looking at the plants plus it's a treat to enjoy a drink in the restaurant. We never go home empty handed as there's always something we need despite not realising it. The staff are all lovely too.

Appreciated the sale on roses.

I recently took advantage of the reduced bedding plant offers in my local Dobbies (Lelant) to brighten up my border and add instant colour.
The potatoes purchased earlier in the year are thriving, but the green needed a little more zing.
The new Salvia and Begonia plants are spreading their roots and bedding in, can’t wait for the flush of bloom.

In the meantime I added a latte to my shopping list and enjoyed the delightful service from the cafe staff whom do a great job each week with our drinks.

All in all a very enjoyable visit.

I like to spend time at Dobbies it is a relaxing experience walking around the garden centre and there is a restaurant where you can have a nice meal or just a drink overall a nice day

I had seen a long reach hedge trimmer on your website, but it was not in stock at my local branch. I asked if I could order one and collect it, say, a week later.
I was told that was not possible. It seemed a ridiculous answer. I was directed to other similar units that were already in stock and, as I wanted to get on with the job, I bought one. It was however much more expensive.
Thankfully the unit I bought works well, But I was disappointed in your company's procedures for meeting customer's requests.

Thought the herbaceous plants expensive; considered purchases.........so did not buy any.

Very good service. The plants look beautiful. I love David Austen roses.
However the clematis we bought on the visit before last. Hoping it will survive.

We had a cheese and tomato toasty when queried
About there was very little cheese they said we are only allowed to put in two slices in we could even taste the cheese. Very disappointed and will not go there again.

Yet again, no horticultural grit! There almost never sat the Lelant branch. Otherwise, a small selection of plants purchased.

Lovely couple of hours spent at the Lelant centre. Delicious lunch at the restaurant first, then bought some lovely standard fuchsias. Always a delight to spend some time there.

Good selection of plants, cards etc, cafe has good quality food & amount for your money , helpful staff, not had any problems with any of our visits to date

Great selection of well kept plants and accessories, staff are very helpful and friendly with good knowledge of the products.
