Easy completed transaction went to store to get some tree and shrub fertiliser. Staff member was really helpful and friendly. Collected items easily

Used our Dobbies card for coffee and scone, very good. Good service, friendly staff.
Bought a Climbing rose and a palm. Good value.

We came for our free monthly drinks and also bought a plant and a birthday card. We were served by a lady who had only just started that day Emma. She was really pleasant very professional and extremely bubbly. A joy to be served by such a lovely lady. Well done Emma

Popped in en route home from Camborne just to pick up some Green manure seed. With my wife leading the charge we arrived at the till with a small trolley load of plants etc. But it was NOT an unpleasant experience as we enjoy our garden and allotment

Great selection of gardening items, gifts etc, and excellent cafe to rest in after exploring.

I am a frequent customer at Dobbies. I always find the staff helpful and pleasant both in the restaurant and the plant sales area. I am not overjoyed at the new parking regulations but I do see the reason for them.

Pleased to get a deal on compost & seeds.

The service was fine but the choice of plants and the condition was not good, I cannot understand why the cafe only does snacks as the used to have hot meals not just jackets or sandwiches

Stopped by for a coffee whilst shopping for plants. The coffee was very welcome and good quality.

I took my grandson and he had a lovely time wandering around the flowers and was amazed by the water features. He was happy to see books and toys,then we finished our visit in the café with cake and a drink. He asked me to take him to that nice place again the next week,

We went mainly to have an afternoon tea,which we pre-booked.It was amazing. The content was delicious and varied, everything was very fresh and well presented. We didn't have to wait more than a few minutes and the service was really good. It was one of the cheapest we have had, but "cheap" didn't mean it wasn't very good quality. I couldn't manage all of my share of it and they gave me a "doggy bag" to take the rest home. This was a Birthday treat which we both really enjoyed. We also bought bedding plants, which are now in planters in our garden and they look amazing.

The staff at Dobbies in Lelant, went out of way to arrange the delivery of our new garden furniture. Delivery was
made early summer instead of late summer as originally offered by carriers. Our thanks to you all for all your help. By the way it looks great in our garden.

Great place.
Just a suggestion, the outside area of your cafe is not very inspiring for us gardeners. It might be a good idea to place some of your seasonal plants there. You would probably sell more plants too.
