Great centre helpful and friendly staff lots of plants to choose from.

I came to buy plants and was hoping to get some Night Scented Stock. I was told that they were not in yet.I asked a member of staff how I could find out they were available as I commented that the telephone system is nothing short of useless. There is not an option to speak to a membor staff about plants etc so I chose the customer service option and after ringing a few times you get the sames choices again. Very frustrating. This very helpful man gave me an email address instead. The plants I bought are great and got some bargains and saved £14

First time I’ve visited this branch, clean and tidy. Large range of plants which all looked healthy. Bought lots and signed up for a Dobbies membership card. Looking forward to visiting again. Spent a fortune on beautiful plants and flowers for our garden.

Again no scones ! Why advertise them on store radio and emails when they are never available at Marple

All good Got what I wanted after two visits.

Every time we go we want to go to have a breakfast in the cafe, there is always a sign up saying due to unfortunate circumstances we are only serving hot drinks and cakes today, in future I think we will go to notcutts for food, and then get plants from there, we was not the only people walking out.

Very helpful member of staff on the check out who directed me to where I should have looked for an item I had missed.

Great plants with loads of choice. We got an offer on some roses and bought some really healthy plants. We also enjoyed a coffee and cake each through the Dobbies Garden Centre membership scheme. Would definitely recommend a visit if you enjoy gardening!

Service in both cafe and garden area was very good. Helpful polite staff. The offers on hanging baskets was excellent. May go back for more.

Fabulous selection of bedding plants vegetable plants and everything else you would expect at a top garden centre.All the bedding and veggie plants I bought are all planted thriving.Cannot wait to see them in a few months.

There was no cooked food available. As a regular visitor to the store, this has not been the first time this has happened! This by no means a reflection on the management or staff, who are working hard to keep customers like me on board. However, it is apparent that a little more effort from those at the top of the Dobbies empire need to take responsibility for the issues at this store and particularly the restaurant. It needs a complete overhaul and staff given a decent package.

Great central meeting point, enjoyed a coffee and cake. Had a leisurely stroll around the garden centre and purchased some bedding plants. Staff knowledgeable and pleasant.

Cashier person was fantastic. She knew what I wanted and processed it efficiently.
I did not need to repeat the order and ir went very smoothly. She even asked if I needed help getting the items in the car which nobody else has done. I wish I had taken her offer as I did struggle.

Great variety of goods. Plants, gifts, toys. Cafe really good , if somewhat slow when busy! Childrens soft play an added bonus! Plus the lovely train ride. Something for everyone .
