Really attentive staff who were all pleasant and willing to help. The store is well set out and the incentive/benefit scheme offers amazing discounts, together with x2 free coffees/drinks per month. You may find cheaper plants and shrubs elsewhere, however it’s unlikely that they will be as well looked after. Would highly recommend.

A lovely environment and great products with helpful staff

Firstly I was approached to offer assistance when I was looking bemused! The items I had bought last had not been replenished and I needed more trellis. I then met Lisa who was most professional and sort to resolve my issue. Lisa certainly went the extra mile for me because she researched the product and located the desired items. She went to much trouble to arrange the logistics and arranged to contact me when they arrived which Lisa efficiently did. When we came to collect the trellis, , Lisa could not have been more helpful and pleasant even though she had been I’ll and had only just come back to work.

We went for plants for our garden and also to spend my free birthday voucher. We had tasty scones and a lovely cup of coffee. Browsed through the extensive plant selection and had a lovely few hours.

The quality of service from All the staff throughout this place is second to none, which made the whole experience very pleasurable Also we loved the guarantee of quality on their plants, so much so we ended up buying everything we needed to revamp the garden with confidence,

On my visits to Dobbies I have always found it to be an enjoyable experience starting with a delicious coffee and sandwich from the cafe before browsing the vast array of item in store.

Spacious,pleasant,good choice of items, plenty of free parking spaces. Could still do with more offers.

I visited the Heighley Gate garden centre in Morpeth and a member of staff, April Atkinson, was extremely helpful! Will certainly be going back and would hope April is available if I require further assistance.

Great store, friendly staff, good cafe and a great selection of products and plants. The fresh bakery and meat counter in the food area are great. Also the fruit and veg stall outside is lovely to shop at.

I’d love to have the points on my dobbies card from when I bought some expensive garden furniture back in March/ April time please.

A vast choice of anything to do with gardening, BBQs, plants, pots, you name it, plus other stuff too numerous to mention. Good quality too.
My only gripe is that it’s a bit overpriced, other than that a good place.
Also a lovely coffee shop.

This garden centre is a pleasure to walk around its clean and well laid out and for accessibility. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. The restaurant serves a very good selection of food. The plants are well cared for so very healthy to buy.

Happened to go when there was 55% off bedding plants so well pleased.

Wanted a tall terracotta pot, but ended with quite a nice large pot which takes up much more room. I have a small garden
