Always love wandering this store, very well organised.
Nice to pop into restaurant for breakfast & a coffee.

Went to the Morpeth store today. What a fantastic place. An abundance of plants and garden accessories. Also lovely home ware, and indoor plants. Lovely cafe and dog friendly. Staff were super friendly. Thanks to Paul for his advice re garden furniture.

A pleasant place to have a walk around plenty different sections to look at ,cafes are comfortable

Delighted with my purchase at Dobbies Morpeth. A table with two chairs for my garden for only £30. Absolute bargain.

As usual, all your staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed eating in the small cafe which was impeccably clean, with tables being cleared and cleaned by the staff promptly. Everything I have bought at your garden centre has been excellent and its quality reliable.

The staff are very helpful. The cafe cutlery trays could do with a clean . Overall a friendly atmosphere.

Love coming here went up for breakfast on Tues 2nd of August ,I'm not good at walking so we use the front cafe ,staff are great so was our coffee and sarnies ,,defo worth a visit ,

my phone call to your branch stating goods needed to be exchanged resulted in my being given a false name and your customer service staff when returning to the store claiming I must be mistaken.

Assurance the replacement item would be put aside for exchange proved false and no apologise were given for our inconvenience in having to return to exchange the faulty goods.

The only reason a score of 2 is that I managed to find a replacement from your stock.

Always enjoy walking around and looking around Dobbies....... this time we had a question about our Club Card, and the lady we asked took us straight to a till and sorted everything out for us, nothing was a problem

Had a really nice couple of hours here. From the staff in the garden centre that were really helpful to the coffee house to the lady at the till the staff could not have been nicer.

When in the garden centre I usually pop into the restaurant for a cuppa normally about 3pm. Although there's always somewhere to sit quite a lot of the tables haven't been cleared from previous customers. This has happened on a few occasions now. The counter service is quick with pleasant staff.

I returned a T-shirt. Friendly staff and transition was swift and efficient

We popped into Highly Gate Dobbies for a little shopping at Sainsbury’s (concession) and ended up with plants, soil food, a pair of ladies shoes, a pair of men’s shorts and a pizza and garlic bread to cook later after having coffee and a bun in their cafe

Good point - A nice garden centre, plenty of variety.
Bad point - quite expensive

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, The Garden centre area and restaurants are always clean and tidy

Saturday morning 23.7.22. No supervisor overseeing main restaurant floor area. Tables not being cleared on cleaned. Dogs being fed and accompanying customers at tables in main restaurant area not just in dog friendly allocated section. Disappointing, far below normal standards. Food satisfactory.

A pleasant experience always enjoyable it makes a difference having Sainsburys foodhall within Dobbies.Will definitely be calling again.Will be ordering online as well.
