Having had my Birthday in December, I hadn't received any card or voucher from Dobbie's. I asked one of the staff while I was paying for my goods , who was very helpful. When I rang Dobbie's contact, the Gentleman was also very helpful, explaining the problem. Within days I received {by text] my voucher Which I used with my friend. It was really lovely. Thank you

Advice freely given on a plant previously purchased that is not doing very well. Even told I could take it in to be seen for more advice. Maddie was the name of the staff involved.

Visited their butchers and as usual the service was extremely good and meat wss exceptional. Friendly staff as usual

Came in for some Xmas lights which we got in the sale!!!!
Had a bacon sandwich too with a drink in the cafe. No queue and friendly staff

We treated ourselves and friends to an afternoon tea. We were absolutely amazed at the value for money. Sandwiches cakes scones etc presented beautifully and of goodquality. Customer service from staff was perfect attentive checking in at regular intervals.atmosphere was calm and quiet. Overall a perfect afternoon tea thank you Ref D113669646

The gentleman staff in the Christmas tree area was really helpful, didn't rush us to choose our tree, was patient and kind, went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our purchase, even though it was very cold.

Wonderful selection of gifts and plants food and meat also the delicatessen was fresh and tempting. Taff were amazing and very helpful.

Ample parking. Good range of plants and garden sundries. Excellent cafe with complimentary drinks each month.convenient food market too, all under one roof.

Plants always look healthy and are well looked after. Enjoyed a lovely hot lunch with the family. Our 4 year old twin grandsons loved looking at the fish and feeding the fish in the large tank.

Went for our usual Friday lunch, but were pleased to have time to see the Christmas decorations, gift ideas and stationary.
Vast selections of items made it hard to choose, so had them all.

Confusing sale items. Not always stocked in the correct place and poor signs displaying price.
Long wait at tills as poor internet.
Loyalty Points on web listed as a total.
Would like to see where the points have been awarded as can’t check it’s correct.

Store well stocked. Plants good. Some good bargains too. Food seemed well run and service excellent. Please give some attention to ladies toilets. Very disappointing.
