Shop & plants are great. Staff lovely .
Restaurant clean, food & drink good however, more staff needed and drink service need to be much quicker .

Love visiting Dobbies. Excellent store with a fantastic play area for children. The coffee shop is also excellent and nice lace to meet family and friends. The store also offers a good range if products and I love the butchers which offers good quality products

We went to Dobbies Peterborough during the 20% off promotion. The people in the restaurant were very friendly and a free meal for our granddaughter was appreciated. As it was a 20% off promotion, I went with a list of items I would need for next summer, but found that what was on sale was stock left over from this year's sales, with a number of things I wanted missing from the shelves

Helpful staff. Well stocked with healthy looking plants at reasonable prices. 20%off for members, so that was an extra bonus.

Plants, products, restaurant, staff all fine. Only prob is toilets. There’s been what looks like a “kicked in” hole in ladies toilets for years. Although that is only cosmetic it does make you about care of the rest of the space. Gents and ladies are often lacking in clean air!

Needed a large LED Garden Stag to go with Garden Sleigh for Christmas, with Dobbies card got 20% off, a great saving of £52. Treated Hubby to a full English breakfast. (Not £52 worth)!

Great coffee, handy having a Saibsburys in store too!

Went to pay for our items and noticed that the reduced items had been charged at full price.We were very annoyed to be told by the young man serving that he couldn’t do refunds and would have to take our shopping to another till to be refunded.The next person was unsure how to process this and had to ask for heIp.I feel that the staff had inadequate training and this is totally unacceptable.
I also would like to raise the matter of the hand dryer’s in the ladies toilets have been out of service for months.
Not a pleasant trip and will not be returning in a hurry.

I went to Dobbies mainly to buy cat food, but got a bit carried away with other things as usual. Easily found the food I wanted, but am always struck by the limited kinds of cat food available compared with the amount of dog food. Dogs will eat anything whereas cats are renowed for being the fussiest eaters on earth. There is a definite imbalance there! However, the human staff are brilliant.

Had a lovely time, hot drink to start with before going around the shop. Bought some lovely healthy plants which were in a good offer (5 for £10) and cost less due to being a member.

Staff very helpful and the wheelchair provided for my husband was very modern and easy to manoeuvre.

The only downside was a few of the aisles were slightly narrow for the wheelchair and the disabled toilet isn't easy to get into with a wheelchair.

I rate Dobbies highly but on this occasion I was disappointed with the service in the restaurant. There was a long queue because the 2 people on the coffee machine were extremely slow at serving. We went to the self service for quickness but the decaff coffee and hot chocolate had not been replenished so we had to join the long queue afterall. It was not the best service!!

We love to visit your restaurant, reason for 3 stars we were told from distance by a cleaner to move chair back that no other customer won't use the sitting area, despite that it was only approx. 14.00. This made us not feel very welcome.

I bought a beautiful weeping acer on offer together with 4 pots on my recent visit. The staff were extremely helpful and sorted my queries quickly. My purchases were excellent value.

Afternoon tea in Peterborough store was disappointing due to no atmosphere in the restaurant ( segregated area) and small portions compared to previous visits.

Dobbies is always fun to look round, sometimes a little expensive but nevertheless very nice

Not as good as it used to be. Not impressed with the Sainsburys part as the prices are much higher than in their normal stores. Since being taken over by another entity I think the quality has dropped slightly. I can find better quality in other garden centres in the area.
