Great parking, staff, stock available, cafe and food, very clean, lovely food and good choice hot or cold, cakes to temp you lol, even a sainsburys inside, everything under one roof!

Went for some pet treats and toys. Ended getting food as well. All good value. Staff very helpful.

Good selection of items on offer at reasonable prices. Also great idea of the addition of a Sainsburys department in their stores. Thank you!!!!

I had a birthday voucher for cake and coffee. My friend was unable to stay in the restaurant and the helpful staff kindly packed it in a box for me.

Went for breakfast, which was good and hot and much better than the previous system of having food on display. Only thing I didn't like is service as on last three occasions ordered at a different place, confusing !

Enjoyable place to visit with different areas gardening, clothing,books,sainsbury mini store,beddibg,pavers shoes ,fancy goods tgen round off with coffee and cream cakes or sandwiches or cooked meal all delicious.

I love the garden centre, but the payment system can be very frustrating as there are not enough cashiers on the tills and sometimes there is a long wait.

Lovely store got everything I was looking for and more visited the restaurant whilst we were there had a lovely coffee and cake.

Yes we bought some spring bulbs and a selection of plants all for next year everything was reasonably priced and good quality staff helpful and friendly 👍

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Dobbies, excellent quality and value. Great Christmas gift range too.

I have not been able to access my Loyalty or online account [so I cannot buy anything online] for the most part of 2021 - if I could give zero stars I would have - I keep being fobbed of with the statement that the website is faulty - well get it fixed!!!!
You take my Membership fee of £10 each year yet I am not able to use my FULL membership entitlements - perhaps you would refund last and this years fees [£20] and not take any more until I have FULL ACCESS

Intend to cancel my account my account in 2022 before you steal my next fee for not taking your responsibilities seriously - I wonder how many other customers are in the same position as myself??

Went to purchase a Christmas tree, the sales assistant looking after the trees was very attentive & helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Suitable tree was purchased eventually.
