As far as I am concerned, the store is very well laid out, and clean. The food being offered in your cafe, is well presented and tasty.

There's always a welcoming feel when you enter the store the staff will always do their best to help you.

Plenty of good plant stock and easy to access and easy to go through checkout.

as it was my upcoming birthday my wife and i was presented with a free pot of tea and a slice of cake which i thought was a very nice gesture

Friendly staff, happy to help and advise. Good product knowledge .found it a little difficult negotiating the store due to furniture display l, resulting in ziz zag through the store

First time so spent a fortune, visited Tesco and found quite a lot of plants half the price of what I just paid. Felt a bit of a sucker for buying the loyalty card.

Pretty busy in the restaurant but the service was surprisingly speedy.

Visited with my Dad for lunch.
His fish was OK, chips barely warm and baked up and peas were cold. My lasagne had cold patches as if it has been reheated but not properly. What about food safety!
Lattes were tasteless.
Better places to go by far.

As usual a pleasurable visit and an enjoyable breakfast.

The cafe staff service and cleanliness was disappointing.

Soft play area dirty and grubby and the tables for cafe piled high with dirty cups and plates. All tables free full of dirty plates etc.

Went to order food after waiting in a queue for 10mins then refused and told the kitchen was closed.

Very disappointed with our visit resulting in walking out.

Good Garden Centre and love my Tea and Coffee, not forgetting the best cakes ever. Lots to buy as the season gets underway for gardening and allotment growing.

I was very pleased with my last visit to Dobbies. I found what I wanted and the staff were very helpful.

Visited the Shenstone cafe today 4th January One table was available cluttered with dirty dishes and uneaten food. We sat and waited a.while, eventually my daughter cleared the mess and cleaned the table with a wipe. Ordered food, when it arrived there was 3 sausages, half dozen chips, peas and brolli which was going to seed. The onion gravy was thin brown water with no onions in sight and very.little taste. We were sorely disappointed.My grandsons meal.of fish fingers chips and peas was a much bigger portion - he ate fish fingers and couple of chips left the rest. Its not a cheap menu in my.opinion but in fact a waste of money. I'd happily pay.more if the food was good. Sadly won't.be returning.

I've since had a phone call.from.the manager who.had apologised profusely. He admitted the kitchen staff is struggling with the number of orders and cutting corners. He assures me that he will take my comments on board and put new measures in.place. I appreciate he took the time to speak with.me hopefully things will.improve

We popped in for breakfast. Staff were friendly,attentive and professional. The food was prepared quickly,served hot,great quality. Overall the experience was excellent.
