Just one complaint when having what you hope is a quiet coffee your ears are deafened by noisy trolley trundling goods around. Impossible to have a conversation

A pleasant morning and found all I wanted.

It is about time something was done about the ladies toilets. They were poor before Dobbies took over the business and remain in a poor state of repair, frequently cubicles out of order, hand driers not working and decoration. Needs a total refurbishment.

So sorry to have to say this as the rest of the store is excellent and warrants five stars if something is done about the toilets

Booked Afternoon tea for a birthday. Though it was a little disjointed to find someone to help to begin with (it was really busy). We were looked after extremely well, the food was delicious and generous! We had to take some home! Would definitely recommend

still not as good as other garden centre of yours

I do think as a garden centre the flowers etc are good but a bit on the expensive side but I guess you get what you pay for. The cafe as gone down hill since covid. I had fish & chips the fish was two thirds batter and most of the other stuff looked very dried up. We had a free desert as we are pension age that was nice but we had to bring it home as we could not eat it after the lunch. Before covid you did a pension deal and it was always lovely but I don’t think I will be eating there again.

Lovely garden centre with a great selection of plants and garden products. Nice restaurant with plenty of seating space.

Visit was mainly to look at the aquatics which were very good and well presented. Overall the plants appeared healthy and well cared for. Not sure when taken over by Debbie’s but seems to have improved, particularly the restaurant.
The number of additional outlets added to the interest, and made the visit worthwhile.

Plenty of choice. Helpful staff. Down side. Too many expensive ready made baskets and too few annual plants individually to buy.

Visited the cafe for Sunday lunch, probably the worst food I have ever had, the beef was stringy and tough and the whole of the food on the plate was almost cold, didn't have time to complain at the cafe as we needed to be somewhere else.I left my meal and ended up with a upset tummy. I will never have Dobbies food again

friendly service and advice regarding some ornamentla trees. Delivered on time and team also advised (by phone) in advance what time they'd be delivered.

It would be helpful to have suitable trolleys by the composts, growbags etc. We regularly have to hunt for a suitable one through the store.

One of our favourite garden centres, always plenty to see, a wide variety of plants and kept in very good condition.
