Enjoyed walking round the store getting some ideas and advice, informative, polite & friendly assistance.

We take our grand-daughter, who is 5 years old, to the Little Seedlings Club at Stirling every month. She thoroughly enjoys this and I would say that both the “teachers” are excellent with her - as well as the other children who attend. They are well organised and try to include all children. Our grand daughter is always happy when she comes away with her newly planted seedlings or seeds. A great introduction to gardening for young children.
The plants we have purchased from Dobbies have always been of great quality. The staff are always polite and very helpful. There is plenty to see in the store and I would recommend a visit.

Staff in restaurant were rude. We asked for a slice of toast instead of a roll with 3 peice breakfast. First were told not possible, then she piled all food on toast one peice on top of another, she insisted we would be charged more if not. Checkout was fine, but by time we waited for coffee the food was cold. Did not go back to complain as staff had been so rude first time

Bright, open and airy space. Plenty of choices. Pleasant and helpful staff.

We love going to Debbie’s garden centre in Stirling. It is a great place for buying plants, garden sundries and a good place to get a nice meal/snack.

We went specifically for coffee, with our dog, and sat in the outside area. Tables had not been cleared, although the coffee shop was very quiet. This is not unusual, as we regularly have to ask for dog-friendly tables to be cleared. Is this due to insufficient staffing levels, or simply lack of attention ?

I bought some goods, including a reduced item (I bought it because it was reduced). Unfortunately the sales assistant didn’t notice the reduced label. After checking my receipt and noticing the mistake, and then subsequently pointing it out to the young lady, I was promptly reimbursed….good service.

I was pleased to be abe to get a further discount on plants that were obvioulsy past their best in the sale area - this was good initiative by the Dobbies attendant....

Always a smooth transaction. Slight error at checkout but easily resolved

Really enjoy dobbies, although I wish you would go paperless with your dobbies card as I always forget my vouchers but if they were on my card I would defo shop more

Bought the four seat Freya bistro set at a great price. 50% off. The staff were friendly and helpful asking if I needed assistance in lifting it into the car. The set is of good quality and perfect for my needs.

Very disappointed by the state of some of the plants due to the lack of water, eventually found what I considered the best that was available and watered then as soon as I got home. Now a week later the are looking a little better but still a bit bedraggled.

Great selection of plants and very affordable with the extra discount deal, Love that it’s dog friendly as well.

Went to my local Dobbies to buy some pots as some of my house plants are needing repotted. No pots in stock ?? Surely this is a basic item. Staff say they are waiting for a delivery. Why wait till there are. none in stock? Surely the shelf should be replenished when a certain level is achieved. This is like a supermarket having no bread !

Went for lunch. Reasonable choice. Bit of hold up at tills..not enough staff. Always worried lunch will be cold by the time you get through till.
What happened to nice Cristy rolls with soup. Tough, hard ciabatta...not nice

Very very long wait in food queue to get hit beverages. Our food was lukewarm by the time we were served. Only one assistant making coffees/teas and preparation area was very messy with spilled milk etc

Great selection of plants all very healthy. Great selection of food at the restaurant and my Dobbies card gave me a free cuppa whilst little one enjoyed the soft play.

When I arrived at the store I wasn't sure if I wanted to join the club for 20% off. I spoke to a lovely girl who suggested that I shop first then decide. The same girl took charge of everything and made my joining and checkout experience so easy. What a treat to be served by someone who cares about customer service
