We love Dobbies.
We went to Dobbies, at Swindon, on the 21st September. We love going there. We like the restaurant, the staff and food are lovely. We have a good look around and purchase what we want. The staff are all ways helpfull and friendly. We allways recommend Dobbies to everyone.

First Class Customer Service
I visited the centre at lunchtime and decided to eat/drink before shopping. This was the first time I had used the restaurant since the change to table service, but your counter colleague advised me of the new system. I was served by the most polite of people who took my order, and payment, advised me that my drink could be free due to Dobbies' membership and within minutes my food and drink arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and the service was wonderful. My shopping all went well too. Well done and Thank You!

My daughter and I went for a birthday…
My daughter and I went for a birthday treat, there was no fresh cream for the scones, and I was told I had to pay for the jam, the flavour herbal tea we wanted wasnt available. We had to wait 10 minutes before our order was taken. Very poor service all round.

Not a day for Scones!
Went into the restaurant today in the Swindon branch at about 1435. Asked for the buy 1 get one free cream scone which starts at 1400, but was told there were none available - no explanation as to why as it was still being advertised. The selection of other scones was rubbish with only a few cherry and plain. Not upo to the usual standard.

Great place for a couple of hours out
Bought a bargain tree reduced from £169 to £59.Very happy. Another till was opened as there was a small queue forming so I went straight through.
