Great Customer care
Having had MANY great plants from Dobies online, my last but one order had one plant looking near death. I sent a photo in at the time of receipt - and had a response in just over 2 hours telling me that they would replace it, so I really would recommend them to anyone - it's obvious they care about their customers! The quality and price of all the plants I've bar that 1 blip have been outstanding - thank you Dobies!

Incredi Peat free compost is the worst I have ever used.
It was like chewed up coconut matting and you cannot keep it moist. I realise its is very hot but I watered it every day. My wife bought some last year and it was far better

Plants were small but in good condition. Free tower received as part of the order. It's a good size. Pleased over all, have used Dobies a few times over the years, plants are always packed well for protection so they are delivered undamaged. Good company. They have a good customer service if you need to telephone them.
