I was in dire need of getting one of thee devices installed in our motorhome for the summer. Have been on the road for the past 2 months and have not missed signal since. This is a must-have!

We haven't lost a call since we started to use their call boosters. The device is very easy to use and install and does exactly what it says. We are satisfied.

The product definitely performs better than we expected. We just wanted to be able to receive and make somewhat normal phone calls that seemed impossible but now we have max bars at all times!

I ordered my booster on 23/8 and expected it within 7 days as stated from UK stock. After waiting 2 weeks I called and was told it's coming from Hong Kong and nobody knows when I will have it. I have emailed asking for a refund and had neither a refund or any correspondence to date.
THEY SIMPLY REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE.
I will now be asking for my credit card to claim the money back.

Our house has a metal frame and roofing so it was hard to get any signal through. I guess this was something that the developers didn't think through well so we were left to our own devices. After a quick Google search, we figured out the issue and moved forward with our order from docall and the problem has been partially solved!

Their customer service reps seem very competent and knowledgeable about this topic in general. When I first contacted them and gave my location they already knew what was up. It turns out that I am not the first customer of theirs from here with similar issues so they sent me a link to the proper booster device that they thought would fit me the best, and it did! Definitely 5 stars!

I ordered a booster on the 14 August they said 5to7 day for delivery still waiting and have been told could be another 6 to 8 days before dispatch and offered a 5%discount if I waited for it to arrive but I have asked for my money back am not impressed with this company would not recommend them to anyone ps have put a bad review on their website but it does not show up and it has only got good reviews on it

Very easy and convenient to use! I was a little apprehensive at first but very glad that I decided to buy it. The customer service was also fantastic and helped me out with tons of questions.

This company is now in liquidation! Avoid!!!

I could hardly get 4 stars, support is slow, I took me 4 days until they found the problem! You can go with them if you do not expect a lot

We ordered a signal amplifier on 3/08/23 but we still don't have a reliable answer when we can expect the shipment, chat and e-mails are disrespectful. We want a refund but unfortunately we don't have an answer either. Please be careful with this company!!!

It was nearly impossible to get any cell signal without going outside of the house or near the windows.. we have that problem solved now and hopefully forever. They gave us some pre-purchase advice on different models and we chose what we thought worked best for us.

We are satisfied! The device works great and compared to other offers, this was the most cost-effective we found. I have seen many positive reviews about this company in the past so didn't hesitate to proceed with the purchase. Very reasonably priced. The information was clear and it was easy to install. This device can really be fitted anywhere and it's very compact. Thanks a lot.

Finally, my cell signal is as good inside the house as it is outside - So is the internet! definitely worth the 5-star rating.

Nightmare company to deal with. I tried to cancel the order due to the fact they couldn’t deliver in the time their website stated. They then said that I had to take delivery and then return the item. They now wont take the delivery back and trying to force me to jump through hoops to take it further. The equipment is probably good stuff, but customer service is terrible.

I was a little hesitant and skeptical at first buying this device especially reading confusing online reviews, but one of my friends had it so he demonstrated to me how this operates and I decided to get one as well and the first impressions are positive. The only concern is a delivery time. I was annoyed for calling every day about delays. Due to the season delivery is not fast as advertised, but I am really happy with the device service!

After we started using this device, we finally have a LTE connection for the first time in our house! You might think that LTE is covering the entire UK but it's not true.. Many areas are without any cell signal or suffer from interruptions on a daily basis.

We run a home based business and have been missing important calls constantly. Thankfully we found a solution using a call booster. Docall sorted us out quickly and we have already received our device. Can definitely recommend it to others.

My phone didn't show any bars at all and as soon as the device was activated it jumped to 3 bars! Did a few test calls to test things out and the signal is flawless! A very small price to pay for such an amazing device!

They advertise 5 bars! I could barely get 4 bar at my basement.
