I can finally watch my streams without the video lagging. The installation was not really easy for me so take off 1 star, they need to find a way to offer easier installation

They have the best prices for all sorts of boosters but I also chose this company because of their reputation. We had the option to get a refurbished one for a cheaper price but didn't want to take the risk and went with docall instead, which was the right choice.

One of the many perks of this booster is that it's also fixing your internet connection speed if you are using 4G to access the web. Can definitely recommend this company!

It was relatively easy to install the device. Not that happy as I can't get full bars for whatever reason, but it did improve the signal.

The booster is great and is working fine. It's quite easy to use even for me as I am not a technologically very advanced user so the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

I ordered, waited, and waited some more. I advised them that I wished to cancel the order as my customer was fed up with waiting. They acknowledged my email and decided to ship the product shortly after anyway, even after me advising them I would be refusing the package. Have a look at their parent company's reviews on trust pilot, search boostersdirect.
Products shipped from China via FedEx. They are also selective as to which emails their support team replies to. I would avoid them if I were you or pay on your credit card so you have some protection. The package will be refused and sent back all the way to China. What a waste of fuel and time.
UPDATE: Package refused and returned to China. No comms from company so charge back arranged with AMEX. Avoid.

The signal in my house for the internet is shocking, I live in a 3 storey property. The internet router is in my living room on the middle floor and I struggle with connection on the top floor in the front room and the kitchen on ground floor, I ordered the in home booster to see if it would help and since setting it up and using it I have not had a single issue with my connection besides when the internet decides to go down completely! Well worth the money and the delivery was super quick too! Definitely recommend and would purchase again!

I recently shifted to Grimsby and there was no signal at my flat. I had to use my mobile data and it was damaging my mobile health for hotspots.
I saw there ads on facebook and thought of giving it a try.
Now I am getting really 4 times higher speed. I will still say that they can make it bit cheaper but overall best experience

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this device. It's made such a massive difference in my life, and I don't know what I'd do without it. If you're struggling with poor signal strength like I was, I'd highly recommend giving this a try. You won't regret it!

At first, the booster only gave me a bit of a better signal, but I wasn’t too impressed. So, I got in touch with the DoCall Boosters customer support team and they helped me install it properly. And you know what? It took my signal from one measly bar to three bars in the house! I am very grateful for their support on the matter

🚩I double checked with Ofcom and they stated all boosters on this site are non Ofcom compliant for use in the UK.
The equipment can be seized by Ofcom at any point and you could be fined. Only Nextivity boosters are allowed to operate licence free in the UK.

Ordered a mobile phone signal booster from what I though was a UK company. Product came direct from China not from the UK. Set it up and it didn't work. On contacting the company to return the product they said I had to ship it back to China at my own considerable expense. Once shipped I have had no response to my complaint or my emails chasing when my refund will be processed. They also removed their UK address from their website following my complaint and now show a US address instead.
If you want to avoid these problems order elsewhere. Would give them a zero if I could.

I live in Manchester, and the interior phone signal is terrible. I discovered a company that may be able to address this problem. After deciding on the best product, I purchased a tri-band booster. Initially, it had very little effect on the signal. however, after some adjustments to the antenna, my door signal, which was initially 1-2 bars, increased to 5 full bars after. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.

The product is mind blowing! I've never had any idea that our house connection issue could be fixed this way! Their product is just one simple unit that gets a signal outside and boost inside. It's great!
